I really don't think even our generation will be any different. Just look at some the comments which some of the girls who are supposed to be our age are posting. Hot sex scenes? Like really? What are you watching? po*no?
That is what most people want to see.ost people watch daily soaps for the so called hot sex scenes. The male leads are supposed to be tall dark and handsome. The female characters are supposed to be submissive. What is termed as abusive behavior is romance. And Indian girls thrive on such men.

On one side we have goddesses who slayed the most vicious of demons. We have the concept of Ardhangini, which means that the husband and wife are not two different bodies rather they are the two halves of the same body. This very concept is that of equality. But no one notices that.

But as Delia said earlier, forum members of Bairi Piya were defending Thakur. IB forum members were defending SSO. Even Raj's behavior was defended by one of our forum members as being loving and caring and making his love live the way she is supposed to live. It was defended as pyar aur jung mein sab jayas hota hai .

Huh???? Even I want to see romantic scenes but sweet and cute ones... Not forcefully trying to make the FL accept the relationship... And what do they mean by making her live like she is supposed to live??? As a servant at his house???? Is that what the daughter in law is for??? She should have hurt him back when he hurt her not sit in a corner and cry... But ofcourse if a guy does that onscreen he is accepted but a girl who hits back is not tolerated even by women!!! 😕😕😕

@bold: I think they meant as a girl. This conversation happened before the Mannu's truth got revealed.
