The clarity of diction and modulation/projection Vidya displayed in Paa had me shook! I was in the cinema almost crying at how good she is. I instantly fell in love with her. The confrontation scene with her mother about whether or not to keep her baby. It was magical. I thought to myself "she's just bagged a Filmfare for this". And the scene when she confronts the lady in the playground. The dialogue flies out of her mouth like the softest gunshots. Epic.Madhuri is flawless in pretty much every aspect of acting. Even in her 80s films she was a fireball to be reckoned with. Right up until present she has the most perfect diction and delivers her lines so effortlessly. She was made to perform.I particularly love the scene in Pukar with Anil when she says "Aur tumhein kitni der se main keh rahi hoon ke mere saat picture chalo, aur tum kuch nahin kehte, aur mujhe avoid karte rehte ho" - she says it so fast👏😆Kajol is also incredible. From her generation she's by far the best.Tabu and Rani are also good most of the time but not all of the time. But their misses seem to be from their earlier days. I can't find a single fault from either of these in the last decade.
