Vidya (Superb. Always... although I found the accent a bit labored in BJ)

Madhuri (comes quite close to Vidya... Her delivery is very clear. I particularly loved her voice modulation in performance oriented roles like Mrityudand, Lajja and Devdas)

Kajol (confident delivery...very clear and engaging... unless she was made to shriek in her 90s movies)

Rani (reliable... although the tone is husky)

Tabu (waxes and wanes... Not consistent. Sometimes she eats words... like Sri)

Vidya > Madhuri > Kajol

Rani & Tabu despite being brilliant actresses suck in dialogue delivery department IMO. Especially Tabu.
