Anupama takes leave from Kothari family . She bids emotional good bye to Rahi, prem, Pari Raja , Ansh and Prarthana. Moti baa then asks Rahi to start increasing her family , Rah8 n Prem state they are not ready for starting a family yet. Moti baa argues about Anupama supports the youngsters ignoring Moti baa’s resentment. Anupama feels disgusted as Meera then assures Pari wil, give them heir . Anil gives mouthful to Meera and Pari n Raja treat the issue like a joke n walk away.
As Anu is leaving Prerna too gets ready to leave with Anupama . Rahi stops her and Gautam and Mahi urge her to stay back being her friend and also assist Prem in business meetings n presentations. Prem and Prerna exchange glances and express helplessness. Prerna agrees to stay back .
Anupama returns to Shah house , she learns Babuji is upset , he is missing his best friend who is unwell. Toshu and Pakhi are against Babuji visiting his friend as he will be useless there , also the flight tickets are too expensive, they feel Babuji’s friend was trying to extract money from him. Anupama gives mouthful to useless Toshu and Pakhi , asks them to keep shut , Ansh was financing the flight tickets for Babuji. Ansh happily shares how this was Baa and his earnings from their business and Baa has agreed to spend on babuji’s visit to his ailing friend.
Anupama reaches the hospital where Babuji’s childhood friend was admitted . Babuji is distraught on learning how his friend was lying by the street with grievous injuries , discovered by NGO n dropped at hospital, family members were informed by hospital yet none came to see him .
