Why did Raj Kundra transferred his money to actresses account?

Raj Kundra transferred money to 4 actresses account recently from the 60 crore that he looted from other people to run his business. One of them was Shilpa Shetty. Other two were Bipasha Basu and Neha Duphia. Also, heard Ekta Kapoor’s name even though she is not an actress. I understand he transferred the money to Shilpa’s account because she is his wife but why the other 3 ladies? What is his deal with those women? And why they took money from him when they know that he and his wife cheated on other people to get those money? So are they also involved with his 60 crore cheating case?
