True. But the wave of change is to stop this type of thinking and to encourage people to be happy the way they are. You must know that this kind of thinking is causing serious body image issues in young girls. Endorsing fair is beautiful by celebrities is a step in the wrong direction.
Btw black can glow too 😉 there are lots of dark skinned super models with glowing skin.

exactly
and heels r useful for not just being tall but also standing straight

and being short is not racist or mocking shortness isn't anything that hurts some community or race [which happens when u mock dark skin]

Fairness creams are new gutka/pan masala.

Yami should've just stayed quiet. SRK endorses anything under then sun and knows when to shoot his mouth off and when not to. Amitabh Bachan meanwhile is merrily doing govt ads even after name in Panama Papers. Maybe he should do an ad for black money crackdown too next. 😆

I've heard about something similar... As it was narrated to me recently - Years ago when Doordarshan was the primary channel in India, they used to show many public service clips like population control, importance of vaccinating children, cleanliness etc

Once in Chennai (Madras at that time) DD, they showed a clip about the importance of paying taxes, how only a tiny percentage of population pays taxes, how the economy suffers bcz of it etc.

And who appeared in that ad? Two superstars who themselves were in the news for not paying their taxes 😆

Watched Haq and was left spellbound. The movie is amazing, but it's Yami's show all the way. Yami Gautam is the finest actress to have debuted...
