Shahid Kapoor's struggles at Box Office

By now we all know that Rangoon is a disaster at the box office. It isn't the first shahid starrer that is disaster.. It looks like he still doesn't have a 100 cr movie at the box office..

The list of flop movies keep growing year after year..

Soon he will catch up to AB Jr if he goes on with the same speed.


the question is why actors like shahid fail? He is an ok actor, decent dancer... good looking and the perfect hero for a typical Indian movie.

I have a theory on this.. I think that is the reason actors like Arjun Rampal, John Abrahim, Imran Khan, Dino Morea and Aftab failed too.

These actors are all good looking guys... chick magnates who possibly got more work than they deserve because of their looks.

Could it be that the male audiences turn on these actors and they don't watch their movies?

I am predicting that Sid Mal and fawad khan are heading that way too..

He is not THAT good looking that men would turn on him. He is not even average looking. Its all about the personality and he has a HIGHLY unlikable personality. He comes across as an arrogant prick.

dharmendra did action movies when his rivals did romantic movies.. he evolved and possibly was the father of action movies.. he milked that gimmick till late 2000s...

Salman was helped tremendously by his personal problem... his issue with ash... legal issues... health issues..people resenate with that..

Shahid is such a mystery! He looks like such a good, sweet boy, but his personality from what we hear is at complete odds with his physical appearance. Rude, arrogant, proud, controlling.
