One of the most pathetic movies I have seen in recent times. It is so unfunny that it is not funny at all. The last time I remember sitting so poker faced with a feeling of disgust was when I had seen Roy in the theatre. Cannot fathom my head around how this project got bankrolled, by Aamir of all people. Has to be money laundering. I think Vir Das was going for a satirical outlook but he fails miserably. The jokes are juvenile, the characters are super caricaturish and there is no story whatsoever.

Thanks for the review (not because of the content but of giving your opinion smiley1 )... nevertheless, your impression reflecst a bit my own feeling for the movie (only through promotions, at the moment)...

MY 30 MINTUES REVIEW

First movie in the decades where I had to leave it within 30 mins. Even youtube naala supara guys can make better sketch comedy than this.

There wasn't a single moment within those 30 mins which would make you laugh, forget about story or screenplay. They were trying to make some kind of spoof of olden 80s revenge drama in a comical style but it was so bad so bad .... ohoo my eyes my eyes.... I had to leave the theater. No patience to watch full movie for the review.

What was Aamir thinking ... was He and His team HIGH on GANJA during narration ? Kya that yeh ....

Man looks like this guy has lost all his sensibilities in terms of movies.

My rating -5 on 5. I had watched RGV ki Aag at least for 1.5 hours this ... is much much beyond that.

My feeling: too much - too often - too long...

Vir Das as a comedian certainly has his fortes but it seems that after encountering the same kind of humour over and over again, it may get tiresome and then annoying. Maybe it's again a case of "what seems to be funny on paper, not forcibly...etc." (at least reading humour gives the possibility to imagine the visuals/sounds).

As I'm not a Hindi-speaking/understanding person, I certainly will skip the movie as a big part of the movie are language 'jokes'.
