Today there were some solid Arya symbolisms. Also the fact that Arjun will not be in Maya's control.
First and the foremost when they took the car Maya was in driver's seat but Arjun sitting in the right meant he is sitting in deciding the direction of the drive.
And as expected he rampages Maya's plan. First her schedule, then the island. He chooses the island.
And I loved the dialogue. Who is the photographer. Do you know when do you look good. More than you the best photographer knows from which angle you will look good. More than the place you choose , he chooses the places which is going to give best results through the camera.
What is seen with plain eyes and what is seen through the eyes of camera are different. So Arjun chooses the spot. And incidently they both are alone. Maya alone. Arjun alone.

Arjun writes Maya's name along with his family as an extension of his family of mother and brother. They are part of him and she is that extended part. Saanjh is written seperately. That means he needs her, but then she is not part of him.
Next was the high tide that meets from both ends erasing Saanjh. That scene I expected. I expected those tides to meet erasing Saanjh. Because they can meet in real sense only through Saanjh. When they meet she wont be seen, but without her that meet wont happen.

Again a great post of yours👏
You have beautifully described those symbolisms..😃
Me too was thinking he could have written Maya's name seperatly like the saanjh one..
But he wrote that along with his family name..wah wah..
He is subconsciously attracted to Maya..but doesn't know that consciously..
Yes saanjh will be part of his life..in future too but maybe just as a friend..
Also can't help noticing the name erasing scene..
Wow..i did't take that photographer scene in that way..but you have described very well..
Yup only a photographer knows in which angle a photo looks good..
And also that ..arjun making Maya changing her plans...yup you are right..
Arjun won't be in control of Maya..
Again a great post.. 😳😃

@selly Cinevistaas shows gives superb symbolisms, very well hidden. I had struggled to decode for EHT as one contrasted with other. Beauty was in retrospect everything matched😆
@Arya that tide scene was a beauty. I simply loved it

did not watch the episode so yet cannot comment but by the comments, the cinematography is impressive. even in the promo, it looked well shot with solid production values. It's rare to find so much creativity and quality in an indian soap, kudos to to the production team for paying attention to the quality.
saanjh and arjun are integral parts of each other, I don't think anyone can erase her from his life. that does not necessarily mean they are meant to be romantic partners. sanjh is wanting to something else and that is why they are drifting apart, I hope she soon realizes that her presence in his life as a friend is invaluable, their friendship matters the most.

Omg EHT and Beyhad are from the same ph😲 im so dense😆 Ireally didnt know that now toh my expectations from the show have skyrocketed.😳
Thank god they are able to give us some variety on one side we had that horrifying shaurya and super smart sakshi and vulnerable but firmly in grey maya(one fo my fav characters on indian telly now )who actually now that I think of it kinda reminds me of sakshi in some ways.😆

All in all I loved your post and the episode was so beautiful!! Loved the arya symbolisms as you said I love how he subconsciously adds mayas name to his family but for his life I believe maya and saanjh are equally important or his life is incomplete without them.
Also I remember seeing the sbs segment where he rests the shell on mayas hair I cant wait to see what happens to that.

P.s. Also wanted to add seeing maya so happy with arjun made my heart skip a beat😳 especially the car wala selfie (which is so jennifer😆) I thought I wouldnt care about endgame but damn if we dont get maya and arjun in the end it is such a wasted opportunity but the symbolisms reassure me.

I honestly would want to respectfully disagree with your second statement. I do think Maya will be in control of Arjun, as she said today, Maya "toh Arjun ki zindagi chalaegi" , however he will have the 'power' to influence her decisions. When Maya got in the car, she clearly stated her plans regarding Arjun, she said she would conduct his life. He too got what he wanted in a way when he changed Maya's plans which I feel symbolises that Maya will give Arjun certain freedom of choice, perhaps very limited, but regardless, still there.

I love how you've analysed the photographer dialogue, I do not think it can be written any better 👍🏼.
Yes, I too noticed how he wrote Saanjh's name separately. I think the high tide symbolises the change or improvement in Arjun's life, and Saanjh's name is the first one to be erased because we have observed how she is one person who plans on staying down-to-earth forever, she desires no change in her simple life which does Arjun want in his life.

I don't think anyone so far has brought this up but I noticed how when Arjun wrote Maya's name in the sand, it was not only placed along with his family, but it was also the innermost name, the closest to Arjun. As the tide increases, there is a possibility of Vandana (maa) and Ayan's name getting erased out too, but Maya's name was the farthest from the ocean and the closes to where Arjun lay. I feel this symbolised how she will always be there for/close to him during the changes of life. Okay, I think I over-analysed this a bit too much, I was too attentive and observant today - sorry 😆
