I went nuts and wrote the sequel to Bandhua and Rihaai.

Excuse the typos for the hour is very late and the writer is sleep deprived 😆

A LOT of heart went into this so please hit the like button AND comment if you like this fic, even if you come across it months later (especially if you do! 😆)

Every emotion was perfectly captured in one frame whether it was a battle for love, to feel it, to deny it and finally to accept it against all odds

I got emotional reading this and cried a little ..

You have captured their emotions so well ..there were so many emotions interwoven so well..

Aradhana - well done. I was worried that this one would appear forced or premature - but you managed to justify the scene with the sequence of the dialogues and build up of the scene. I really liked how you handled his understanding of her plight as a bandhua...and apology for not doing anything to help when she was young...this needed to be addressed before everything else and it was really the first injustice - he had ever dealt to her...even though it was indirect. Liked the way you wove in so many different components into the scene... the kiss challenge, paratha hari chutney, his drinking, his relationship with his father...the game they play to mask their feelings...so effortlessly.

Also the progression in visions - chidiya to young Chakor to the older one...and the reference to the chidiya dialogue..subtle but connected. Your style of pulling together a scene with so many subtle underpinnings is really fantastic...especially when the scene is flowing as seamlessly as yours does on the surface without feeling disjointed.

So again...well done!! 👏

I did feel more connected to Suraj's love than Chakor's...because the justification for it is more. And also noticed ... the sudden usage of English in the end ... with regard to Suraj's thoughts...the bed. That was sudden :)

Aradhna!

I totally loved it. I read it for like 3 times. You had put a lot of heart in it and indeed its one of the best here in the forum. The dailogues were amazing. And their feelings were very well described. It was just beautiful. Infact I am speechless right now and struggling with my keypad editing my words agaian and again.

I waiting for this since the day you started Bandhua and you told that something in cooking up in your mind.

Its always a treat to have a new OS from your side. Hope you do write more.

I seriously have nothing much to say.Tears are blurring my vision and burning my eyes after I read this.The whole thing,the conflict of emotions,the dialogues,the pain,the reactions of Sukor-everything is soo REAL and soo RELATABLE.Allah bless you dear.That's all I can say.:')
