see I understand everyone likes material things etc

And maybe getting married to someone rich is what many people dream of

But what I don't understand is how anokhi can agree to marry someone from a family where they are so rude and judgemental

If anyone spoke to my family the way they talked to anokhis parents I'd never see the persons face even if he was rich like no tomorrow

I'm sorry but this doesn't make sense at all.

And what is wrong with Tusshar ? How can he not see that anu doesn't like him but his money

I find her cute as a button though :)
She's very endearing
I admit it's difficult to accept a character like hers ...after seeing the sacrificing sati savitris of so many soaps it must be abominable to even think that a female lead will dare to be selfish...or even lie fr that matter...I mean a lead has to be plain evil or an unblemished character,virtuous,pious...so it's a change to see her
I watch the show mainly for Anokhi,Anaar's sizzling chemistry and the bgm...

I get that, see there is nothing wrong with being selfish

But my point is how she can justify living with the people who will always put her and her family down

She's unbearable. Why do we have to choose between sati savitri and half imbecile, half desperately trying-to-be cutsie but terribly irritating heroine?

Why can't we have an intelligent, educated and self-respecting heroine? I recently found one in Dahleez and Tamanna. Both girls were superb. Unfortunately, both ended without good TRPs.

Anokhi is totally different from other serial lead female ,other female lead female is very shy,soft spoken and feels money is not only everything . Here we have a totally opposite lead female ,who ever tries to mess with her she will show them thier place .and that's something new which is reallymakinf me get hooked on to this serial . Specially Tushki's sizzling chemistry and the BGM.

And regarding your comment abt Anokhi not thinking abt her family reputation.Her only intension is to any way get inside the family that's why she trying so many tricks .

And even her mother is also trying to un look it cause she wants her daughter to get married to Tushar so that she stays happy with him for his wealth and love .

Exactly...though I find her mom annoying...I don't like how she taunts her daughter in law,and she literally shoved anokhi towards tushar...so in a way I feel anokhi's mom deserves the treatment she gets...not to mention the fact she even stole a watch for her daughter...that's totally wrong...

🤣🤣omg can't agree more! Why can't we have a NORMAL human being as a heroine? There's nothing wrong with wanting money but the way anokhi and her mom goes about it is super-cringy and face-palm worthy! Anokhi acts so rough and tough but can't even go to work on time most days! And before this so called 'job' (where she is barely seen working) she was sitting her ass home being worthless and blatantly lying and conning people. If Anokhi was shown to be ambitious, I could get behind her materialistic nature. But here she is just an opportunist and a liar. Not to mention her mom is a chindhi chor!

Plus her frequent breaking of 4th wall is quite annoying too🤢 But I must admit, it is a change from the regular sati savitri female leads.😆

Exactly. I mean anokhi m sure isn't what we would call normal. I don't think it's normal to be a gold digger, who doesn't want nice things ? But to marry someone just for money is the limit! The most annoying part of it all is that anokhi is always trying to pretend as if she has struggled a lot but their struggle was the same as any other middle class family in a third world country ..I don't know what makes her so special. She even has a good degree, could easily climb up the career ladder if she had been interested but she doesn't try. She is too busy lying and cheating 🤢

Anokhi's character is way different frm other female leads.She is a bit annoying at times.Marrying a guy only for money is not appropriate.And nobody would like a bahu who lies and steals
