I'm working with Chinese and they r famous with their tissue papers. From what I have notice no matter girls or boys they throw in the toilet bowl & flush it. Not only for passing urine but also poty. Tissue can't block the pipe its too soft. I'm working for the company for years abhi tak I haven't seen any plumber came to adjust such problems. Who knows maybe their pipes are different 😆
