I don't know...what i got from the segments was that RV remembered his promise and the fact that this stay of Ish is temporary and she would probably be returning to Shikhar when her memory comes back...so better that they both stay in seperate room to avoid any such awkard situation in future...

But yah that very much accounts to the fact that when these two are together sparks fly...🤣
