Ali and Dimpy both worked equally...but Dimpy had an added advantage that she helped Gautam in getting the captainship... so if Gautam wd have saved Dimpy over Ali then he would have still appeared fair and unbiased!

Or.. Or.. he could have saved Dimpy and Ali.. that would have made him look super-fair.. because no matter what he says to justify saving Punz.. it was still his bias😉
