Hina Khan calls Shilpa Shinde’s false sexual harassment claim ‘shameful’: 'Using your sex to malign...'

Actor Hina Khan has reacted strongly to the controversy surrounding Shilpa Shinde after the latter admitted that the sexual harassment complaint she filed against Bhabhiji Ghar Par Hain producer Sanjay Kohli was false. Calling the revelation disturbing, Hina said she was left shocked and described the incident as deeply troubling.

Taking to Instagram Stories, Hina said she usually avoids commenting on matters unrelated to her. However, she felt compelled to speak after hearing Shilpa's remarks during a recent podcast appearance.

"Yes, using your Sex to malign someone's image in order to win during a conflict is absolutely shameful," Hina wrote. She also clarified that genuine victims must always be encouraged to seek justice and support through legal channels.

The actress said the bigger concern for her was the impact such allegations could have on the accused and their families. Referring to Kohli, she wrote, "But I want to talk about the 'Real Victim' here. A respected Man with a wife, a daughter and many other women in his family."
