Confirming the development, Aura's mother spoke to India Forums and said, "Yes, actually the character was to be married, and Aura is still young, so we thought it wasn't age appropriate".

The statement explains that the family felt the role was not suitable for Aura's age at the time. Since Seher was supposed to be married, they believed it would not be an age-appropriate role for the young actress.

Aura Bhatnagar Continues To Be Selective About Roles
