Jaya and Big B. really liked Rani more than Ash.

maybe she is just saying this to the media

The point of this topic was just the admiration of a mother-in-law being so much in love with her daughter-in-law....

Why wouldn't she praise Ash. Ash got married to a Banyan tree to please Bachchans and satisfy their superstitions. Maybe Ash is an obedient girl.
