I loved SaJan ... but even then I knew Mohit was not a great actor ... heck, even his fans agreed with that ... I think it was more his offscreen personality which I liked ... he was sweet, very quiet and he grew in confidence with the show. I really like people when they don't praise themselves ... and Mohit was very frank about his own shortcomings ... I always admire people like that. It shows clear thinking and intelligence. The same reason I like Sanaya ... I have never heard her praise herself ... ever. The moment a person praises himself/herself, it puts me off totally. And when they put down other people to praise themselves, even more so.
Another thing I liked about Mohit, and still do ... is the way he freely acknowledged how much Sanaya helped him at the start ... catch any man admitting that a girl helped him ... you will find very, very few doing so. Their ego always gets in the way. And this was before they were a couple ... he has always said it, right from the start of MJHT.
Anyway, that was a long time ago ... Mohit improved a lot during MJHT and I really liked him in S2 ... I still don't think he is a great actor, nor do I find him good looking ... but I think he is a very decent guy at heart, and that is actually the most important thing. For me, he is Sanaya's boyfriend, as long as she is is happy with him, I'm okay ... the day she is not happy with him, he's off my radar.
Barun ... he is one tv actor I DID find very good looking ... and I still do ... in his IPK avatar only. Not before, not after ... and especially not now ... he looks awful. Same with his acting ... I have only liked him as ASR, I watched an episode of BHPH before IPK started to see what he was like ... and was quite dismayed ... He was a revelation in IPK, till he lost interest, that is. I do think he's a good actor, but his offscreen persona is not to my taste at all ... I don't like such goofy guys. I did like the Sarun segments during IPK, so I guess its all the leaving drama that put me off him ... and his pankhis made it 1000 times worse.
Ashish ... I don't find him classically good looking ... but he looks awesome as Rudra. I still wish he would shave 😛 I don't mind the moustache, he does look good with it. 😉 As far as intelligence goes, I think Anuj and Ashish are the two top actors Sanaya has acted with ... Anuj is very street smart, he knows his strengths and has stuck to them, he is very good looking, very well groomed, much better than BS or Ashish. He is not as good an actor as Ashish though ... Ashish is much better. But in terms of their career moves, I think Anuj is the smartest, and as far as acting talent goes, I think Ashish is easily the best co-actor Sanaya has had. Mohit probably can't be first lead in a show, but he is very decent second/supporting actor. BS has killed his career with his own stupidity, helped along the way by his idiotic fans ... I feel sorry for him, and hope he manages to recover ... but mostly I am indifferent ... the way I am indifferent to Mohit, and Anuj ... they matter to me only as long as they are associated with Sanaya 😆
Damn, I wish Sanaya would do something to put me off her ... this obsession with a TV actress is crazy!!! 😆
