As a teama nd captain Shaan's team stands out simply because I love the different singing styles each singer beings in Shaan's team

I'm sorry I tried to give my contribution to this thread by expressing my opinion. Your post, which I liked and agreed with mostly, made TWO points against Shaan:

1. Shankar and Shreya have 'an edge' over Shaan in singing
2. Shankar is better behaved than Shaan

Out of those two points, I ONLY disagreed with the second point. Here is a reminder of my post:

You will notice two things about Somone999's post. Firstly, she doesn't make any personal comment about the judges or IF members. Secondly she makes her disagreement with my post clear. And thirdly, she also indicates that she does not want to get into an argument. Overall, a civilised post.

First of all, I don't just pounce upon anyone who says anything 'true but bad about Shaan'. You said TWO things against Shaan in your original post, and I only disagreed with one.

Second of all, if you don't want to discuss that's fine. Even somone999 didnt want to argue, but she expressed her wish nicely, without picking on IF members.

Thirdly, you say that people 'are not entitled to give their honest opinion' but when I gave my honest opinion about Shaan and Shankar's behaviour, you branded me as some fanatic who wants to defend Shaan at any cost! The hypocrisy!

I have NO problem with people who disagree with me or who don't want me to argue with them. I DO have a problem when people brand MY posts as 'senseless fanatacism for Shaan' but THEIR posts are 'honest opinion'.

I don't think I need write more... Jinko samajhna hai, woh samajh jaayenge...

Our Shaan is d one who started his medley with theme,soon shankar,shreya followed..
agar shankar ek ganna Phir bhi dil hai hindustani gaaya toh,he just sing in list of his collection songs on first medley,did he named that medley theme on "desh",wat himesh tooked it as a theme and did well his medly on desh love..

Shaan did different medley based on different regional,its a thought of showing a different regional song in his medely theme,theme was different,dont behave as child ya,if in regional songs,one of region is marathi means wat we can do,u baseless combing him with shreya medley w/o knowing d difference again.shankr just bring ganapathi in his collection of songs on his sec medley,its not in theme based...

shaan bring shiv lord in making the theme of love and friendship bonding theme,first school friends,and then thy got separated,one friend came as don,another friend asking god to bring his lovable friend again,and then thy all meet ,friendship and love started,again u mistaked to understand the concept and says its copy..pl guys und it first wat was the theme,wer its going,how its a part of this theme..dont get insecure of shaan's talented medley and his strikers amazing performances from the first which brings lots of originality in viewers look,judges look,thy r d best,strikers still remain best..

Shaan bring his wife,shankar too bring,shaan bring his childs in jan1,shankar too bring his child..
Infact Shaan is d one who impressed us lot from the first to last episodes by his strikers or by his medleys..am comparing here from the first to last..while shankar always use dhinchak alaps stuff classical sargamps in most of his medley i mean to say mostly in all medleys i think,...

Which medley with theme are u are u talking about?? newyas I dont remember it.

Get your facts right safeena...2nd january against shreya he sang Marathi song which is not part of a regional theme ...regional theme was after that.

I kinda think they wouldnt have thought of bringing an Lord Shivas idol on the stage if they hadnt seen shankar doing it.

I am sorry to say I wasnt much impressed by Shaans medleys...I found shreyas and Shankars medley better.
and Ya I do enjoy shankars alaps and sargams , atleast something different and not many singers can do what he does. neways I said what I had to probably wont be saying nething further.

I never said you are a shaan fanatic or something! I am not picking on any IF members, I was disappointed when I saw people just blindly supporting their favourite & hating the other judges & 3-4 people giving baised opinions. My previous post was for n.......... who has been constantly defending & arguing for no reason! I dont have any personal grudges against you!

Well I felt picked on, because in your list of people who 'keep defending continiously even after being chopped' there was an 'x' too. And I'm guessing I am that 'x'.

I hope you understand now that I do not defend Shaan on everything. I just give my POV, which is often in favour of Shaan. Is that such a bad thing?

Anyway, I think you understand my POV now. And I know you don't want to argue. So I won't go on about this.

To end, lemme just reiterate my first thoughts about your original post: it was an awesome analysis! And please keep posting on IF 😃

yeah you are right. In the medley episode Shankar was telling that he is very proud of his team as everyone of them have won SOD award.
