At having misconception: if grabbing arm would be classed as abuse in my POV, then I'd gladly refer it to my parent post as it is the most repetitive action in the show, but unfortunately, I decide to overlook it but If you ask me -any incident that follows up despite a girl/ boy denial, I class it as abuse.

With regards to not consummating marriage and the whole poison fiasco is to be classed as honour for Mrs. Kundra: lemme as well put my 2 cents on this, wasn't it RK himself who thought Madhu wasn't worth of having physical intimacy. Yes I do agree to this actions but seriously what about the humiliation (you did mention it as harsh), if we count the issues than humiliation certainly hikes way up then the actions mentioned here. As of Superstar saving Mrs. kundra from her own father, I do appreciate him for it and I never have said him to be Shaitaan as well, I do not know what made you feel so. Nevertheless, our POV differ a lot, the way u feel Mrs. kundra is respected While I completely oppose it. I m not sure but I recall an incident in a party where she was serving as a waitress and working as a Spot, so if it is respect a husband gives to his wife then I m sorry I refuse to accept it. For classing any heart broken woman and Mrs.Kundra is completely different, Yes I do class her as one because whatever the reasons I can not overlook the humiliations, dominant behaviours which I class as abuse despite of your liking.

The humiliation in public and private is not an abuse- So what do I class it then, I seriously lack knowledge since you clearly admitted it as an specific example of emotional abuse. I do appreciate you giving broader legal definition but I just wanted to make it easy to prove my opinion as well by giving specific examples which is indeed valid to the topic I 've raised. On the checking issue, pls clear my doubt on what to class the actions of Mr. kundra sending 3 men to follow Mrs.Kundra after the kidnapping as you've termed not while she was kidnapped.

Also you seriously do not have to apologise as everyone is entitled to their opinion and I do respect it but do not agree to it which has lead me to come up with arguments which you might as well feel mean. On lasting impression all I can point for now is she is way too vulnerable to trust even her Husband and her moving on does not make Rk a non- abuser, if she decides to go strong, leaving her past baggage and move on does not rectify the Superstar acts. Mrs. Kundra at this point and also as mentioned earlier there are not massive after effects but yet again you can not ignore that she has been emotionally abused to some extent. And the fact that abuse always has to have a lasting impression in your POV shocks me, so does that mean only critical cases are considered as abuse and if the victim is strong enough to move on in her life clean forgetting everything would not class her as Victim?
The line on emotional abuse only meant that when people tries to overlook certain things giving it name of love until it become suffocating enough to sustain. This was just used by me and nothing to do with the character here.

Regarding Rape, I have never taken the term lightly just to point it out so I do not wish to discuss it any further. For Abuse, it indeed is a serious term, I have made a note to mods as well in the parent post, but as I said earlier everyone has their own POV and not everyone fits in the same shoe, as long as you take a discussion forward in a civilised manner with your arguments I believe it is allowed. If you've found my post offensive then my sincere apologies but thats what I believe and I m staying intact to it.
