Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai: Armaan is reminded Abhira is ‘parayi’ while Geetanjali is his wife

In tonight's episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, Armaan grows increasingly restless, unable to understand why the doctor is taking so long to update them about Abhira's condition. Kaveri tries to calm him down, urging him to be patient.

When the doctor finally arrives, he explains that Abhira is still deeply traumatised and, in her mind, she continues to believe she is inside the jail. Concerned, Armaan asks how they can help her recover. The doctor advises that Abhira needs constant care, love, and patience from the family to heal gradually.

Vidya and Armaan’s Resolutions

Hearing this, Vidya decides to prepare food for Abhira herself, while Armaan silently resolves to stand by her during this difficult phase.

Later, Maira, who misses Abhira dearly, asks Armaan whether the doctor has prescribed any medicines for her. Armaan gently explains that no medicines can help Abhira at this point, what she really needs is time and understanding.

Tanya’s Outburst Against Abhira

Meanwhile, Vidya takes Manisha's help in the kitchen to cook for Abhira. At the same time, Tanya loses her temper, accusing the Poddars of forgetting that Abhira was responsible for Anshuman's death. Manisha confronts Tanya, questioning why she still blames Abhira when it has already been proven she was not at fault. But Tanya insists that Abhira broke Anshuman's heart, which pushed him to the café that day and led to his untimely death.

Kaveri defends Abhira, but Tanya argues that Abhira has no rightful place in the Poddar household. Armaan, exhausted by Tanya’s constant taunts, firmly warns her to stop speaking against Abhira and even asks her to go to her room.

But Tanya refuses to back down and provokes him further, questioning why he is being so overprotective of a woman who is no longer connected to him. She reminds him that his marriage with Geetanjali has already taken place and Abhira is now just an outsider in his life. Pushed beyond his limit, Armaan finally loses his patience and instructs Krish to take Tanya out of the city before the situation escalates any further.

Abhira’s Refusal to Eat

Later, Armaan tries to feed Abhira, but she refuses, asking him to leave before the jailer sees them. He reminds her that the jailer told him she has not eaten anything, but the mention of the jailer only unsettles her more, and she rejects the food.

In another scene, Geetanjali persuades Armaan to eat and even feeds him forcefully when he refuses. Inspired by this, Armaan comes up with an idea to help Abhira. When Vidya and Manisha see him altering the food, they question him. Armaan explains that since Abhira still believes she is in jail, he is trying to make the food look like what she used to eat there so that she accepts it.

Maira Helps Armaan Feed Abhira

Together, Armaan and Maira try to feed her. Maira softly talks to Abhira, making her feel at ease, and finally Abhira eats a little. Maira then insists Armaan eat too. Watching the bond between Armaan, Abhira, and Maira, Geetanjali feels hurt.

Kiara Accused by Manisha

Meanwhile, the Poddars remain worried about Abhira's fragile state. Sanjay asks Kaveri to speak with her, but Kaveri refuses, saying she cannot face her.

Soon after, Geetanjali informs the family that both Armaan and Abhira have eaten. Kiara encourages everyone else to eat as well, but Manisha lashes out at her, accusing her of pretending to care while secretly being addicted to drugs. Shocked by her outburst, Kiara is left speechless as Manisha announces her decision to send her away from the Poddar house.

On the other side, Abhira once again gets flashbacks of her time in jail and ends up sleeping on the floor.

In the precap, Armaan helps Maira lie down beside Abhira to comfort her. Meanwhile, Vidya reminds Armaan that while he cares for Abhira, he also has responsibilities toward his marriage. She tells him to give Geetanjali the respect and rights she deserves as his wife.
