Sultan is a villain now..so whatever he does is justified. So he should not be criticized. RK was a hero so it wasn't or should not be justified but he should be criticized. Whoever it is, a villain or a hero abuse is abuse! If RK was as an abuser in the past then Sultan is in the present ...he is even worse!
