The ending to this Jashn was the best part!!
Starting with our Sanka Devi's monologue as she complained (again) about her Laad Governor was such a throw back! Except that she seemed to have been forced to eat those Jalebis!
And then, that scene not only special for Khushi but for me too... My favourite scene with him saying "Sorry" three times!! Under that gazebo... Hayee!!
Then the Teej scene! Even in the original I was quite taken back with that! Like her hanging in the air like that 😕 A bit Ajeeb that scene!
AT LAST!!! 😆
ASR being all angry!! My angry Bird is back!!! okay, you just gave him a new name... hahhah angry bird... me lau it.
But then he calmed down hearing her "damn it", well we can't always have everything, right?
I think it was somehow cute (or maybe it's too late and I don't know what I am talking!) teehee please let us strive to have everything 😆 exactly, why so calm again, nahiiin... the beginning just didn't get me... though with that hug that you love too, something started to feel better.
Then the Hut scene! Wish they chose it a bit later with all the romance and desire!
But the next one...
"I Love You, Damn It!" How I hope to hear that?!! Never just "I Love You" is going to satisfy me! Just those words and the eyes do the rest!
Same people, same words, the way of saying it is different but the eyes tell the same tale, and his soul reach for his other half, her heartbeats joining him into their own rhythm!
And same reaction for those who are watching: the joy at hearing those words, the goosebumps at the voice, the accelerating heartbeats, the hope to hear something like this, to feel the same intense love... yeah, that's what this whole thing rests on i guess, strong identifying by viewers. and i have loved the way ipk brought love centre stage, and spoke to young people everywhere. making giddy heady romance, not just sex and lust and hard headed stuff, look absolutely fabulous... it seemed to understand the nature of love and was quite unafraid to portray it with all the colours it has, from hate to love to acidity to dhakdhak to i love you dammit. and beyond.
And she opened the door acting like she was still pissed off but this man... Her man! Didn't care about anything! He rushed to her and embraced her with such force i loved that hug, that okay now all i want to do is this feel of it, that asr who knows how to prioritise 😆to prove what she was, is and always will be for him but also with delicateness to not hurt her
"Can you please wear this?" This was the same man who was forcing her to wear his choice! But I won't say anything about this! Kind of cute (but ASR doesn't do cute!) 👏 👏 exxxackly.
That "I'll show you things had changed... For good!" Was it for Khushi or for us? 😉 many things i felt were for us.

Seems like ASR always want to know if his gifts please Khushi or not!! or not? 😆 how dare she not like. 😆
Wish Khushi's hair was down! She is much more beautiful with her long hair down and ASR seems to have a fascination for them too, I noticed that he touches her hair when they hug!
But anyway that smitten look on his face was something!!
Love to see that Khushi who always question her Arnavji! And... OH HELL!!! That hand on the waist!! It was just that and I was back and really hard into my fangirl mode!! The way he places his hand on her waist, with a so smooth gesture and... I am loosing it!
Love to see that innocence back, Khushi was just like a kid he just asked if she liked and as a spontaneous action she just kissed him... The one who was so shy to kiss him before!
But then still back to being all shy and just to say "cute!" I was expecting a "handsome, sexy, killer" and many more!
Well that's more or less what I thought! Except that I lost my sanity when I saw him in that suit!
This man can wear any colour and appear like a Greek God! He looked totally ... (insert all adjectives you can find here but none will be a match to this Adonis!)
"Woh kya?" And that little step forward... MY!! I just screamed at that!! i fell back breathless. The two together are flawless!! I was like "we get some really good material right there!"
Just one step forward and that teasing dialogue and look it took to get us back to our IPK and our Arshi! THIS is them!! No silly dialogues or making Arnav speak for God know how long!
Just the two of them on screen is enough to make us a Jashn!!
And he knew her by heart! She took one step away for him to catch her and get her back to him and closer than before... Right on his chest, the eyes finding each other!
My one regret is that in IPK they didn't get Arnav know about the bangles and plants! I would have wanted him to find that and see how selfless she is even if he knew like when she wanted to go away for Aarav! (By the way where is he?!!)
Back again that annoyed Arnav! 😉 He is cute!!
And then Rabba Vee and the dance too much clich! But I will be damn if I say that I didn't like it! I mean ARSHI!!! They are damn good! That gentle touch while taking her hand and telling her to hold him, the love-struck teenager look on her face when he made her turn then finally the look full of love, passion, everything when he caught her!
Again they eyes do all the talking, promises of a better and full of love future and the arms holding her give her the assurance to be there always to held her!
Guess what?! The goosebumps are back her! I feel my heartbeats increase! Nearly crying to see this back on screen! I am sure there will never be something like Arshi and their chemistry on screen! And a story like IPK! Well not in Indian cinema!
I can write a series of book only with everything his eyes say! His eyes speak volumes!! Be it ASR or Barun: this guy doesn't need dialogues, his eyes do everything! King of expressions!
And as it was said! Seems like ASR is doing things to make up for when he was a Raakshas to her: the decorations, the dance (when he danced with her in the Bali episode), the cake for the birthday cake fiasco and the necklace for the scene with Lavanya... The necklace seemed a bit weird for ASR's taste but Khushi seemed to be okay with it so who am I to ask!!
Only disappointment: His way of saying her name! Usually there is a small pause between Khushi Kumari Gupta and Singh Raizada!!
And again with "I Love You Damn It" followed but Rabba Vee and she repeating it was beautiful!!
The end was beautiful too! IPK finished with their scenes and Jashn finished it with the pics of them both!!
But who am I to say that it's the end?! This end of Jashn will be the beginning of other stories better written, some edits!
It will be over only when we say it! ❤️
