Jo bhi bane, they'll still have reproductive health issues/suffer from a miscarriage and then end up running away from their husband, get a child on the way (adopted or their own) come back (after 7-10 years, because apparently those are magically years to effectively ruin a chil's mental health) to their husband who is engaged to someone else.
