You are brilliant as usual. You know what part I dread? The day Shyam's truth comes out... The day the lives of these three in-their-own way righteous people are going to be bombarded with the truth and the way these three will react to the situation.

The bonds will be stronger between the three. The understanding will be greater. But the acceptance will be slower. And ASR will be torn into two seeing his Di's hurt and seeing his love's hatred and its not an easy situation to be in - the two most important people in his life. For Khushi, knowing that the person she loves tricked her into a marriage without even talking to her, questioning her, trusting her will kill all her innocence and easy attitude. And for Anjali, her life boat is wrecked. The person whom she thought to be her anchor turned out to be a shark and the shelter of a life she built around herself will be shattered leaving her and her heart exposed to the harsh realities... After a while, Khushi and ASR will have each other. But Anjali?? She will be alone. And then I want a hottie in the show just for her... 😆

Only thing, did Arnav lie to Khushi for his ego or not?

I was thoroughly confused after watching yesterday's episode, and was waiting impatiently for yours & Tanths analyses, to clear the confusion and you've managed to completely dispel my confusion now. Thank you. 😃

Let me tell you why, but first I have to say this, I agree 200% with you about the Payash scene, it was absolutely pathetic. To say I was disgusted would be putting it mildly. What was that??? 😲 How can they make them behave like two lovesick puppies in front of a 9 year old and then the MIL??? 😡 I think I read a look of disgust and uncomfortableness in the eyes of the little girl too, having to witness their sick display of emotions. Eeeks. 🤢

Okay, I must have watched the episode at least 3/4 times yesterday to decipher the Anjali-Arnav-Khushi scenes, and I read quite a few posts in the hopes of clearing my confusion, but nothing did, because I refused to buy what was said by either Anjali or Arnav at face value. None of their dialogs made sense, b/c Arnav's expressions were telling me a completely different story, hence I could not add up the scenes. For example, him mocking Khushi and saying, "Tum mere liye pareshaan ho rahin thi?" Which meant he wasn't buying her concern at all so why would he go to the extent of lying to her to relieve her worry of him?? Completely contradictory IMO. Granted his whole attack on Khushi was a spur of the moment idea, but it still had to make sense... So he goaded her into the fake pyaar thing that she's been jataaoing only to expose her later??? Wow!!

I definitely knew what Anjali said to Arnav about him lying to Khushi to relieve her wasn't true completely. He knows he loves her so why should he be so surprised to learn the "extent" to how much he loves her??? It didn't make any sense... So when I read your analysis Doods, it added up perfectly. His expression was mainly about his guilt at hurting her knowingly when as you said deep down he knew her concern & care for him was absolutely genuine. You're exactly right, he was thoroughly confused with her actions as it didn't add up to the image he has of her in his mind. Another factor that didn't add up about Anjali's theory was exactly as you said, the relationship b/c Arnav & Khushi is entirely different than Arnav's relationship with Anjali. If he gets worried when he sees Anjali worried, he loves Khushi worrying over him. It's whole different thing. He would want to be babied and taken care of like any man would from his wife, so Anjali's theory wasn't making any sense to me whatsoever, but thanks to you, now I get the story completely. Thank you, thank you, thank you, you are just the best. 👏

Thank God, Arnav's gotten the first seeds of doubts planted in his head, and will start back tracking his steps and arrive at the right conclusion eventually. Hallelujah!!!! 😆

But Doods I have a question for you, what did Arnav mean when he asked Khushi, "Pehele yeh bataao, poori raat pareshaan hokar kaisa lagta hai? Kaisa laga bina galti kiye guilty feel karna??" Was he asking her this b/c he himself has been there after the GH issue and wants to see her tortured like him? I am still a little confused about it, since no dialog is said randomly, this has to mean something, any ideas???

@ Doods ,,,,,, You hv answered abt decoding ASR exactly the same way as I was Thinking, even though I felt until now whenever ASR has tried to explain himself to KHUSHI in extreme conditions, due to the diffrence in approach of their thinking KHUSHI has nvr listened to him or given him a chance to Explain himself. & even when KHUSHI has questioned him, He hasnt come out with answers for her again in extreme situations. BUT when MU will be cleared the both will come on the same page that their relations are of paramount importance to them, than ASR will let KHUSHI peep into his soul & bring in the understanding bcz Until than for him she is the tainted one, once she gets cleared of this he will definitely take the intiative for then he will hv her in high esteem due to selfless act... Also even though on various occasion he has hurt Khushi, I meam holding her too Hard leaving her bruised, for which he himself has felt guilty yet she has nvr accused him of manhandling him, what I mean she has been extremely tolerant & patient with Him, in medium to medicore situations, so that leads him to expose himself bcz smewhere he will be able to connect her with acceptance for him.

Are we in sync on this????

Doods: Loved your character POV analysis for Anjali, Arnav and Khushi. The beauty of IPKKND is that the character traits are not openly portrayed to viewers like other series. Barun's fabulous portrayal of ASR's emotions leaves it open for the viewers to interpret what he is thinking & feeling at that point in time to shape his actions later. This is the surprise element which was so beautifully brought out when he convinced Khushi that he had beaten her at her own game.

I was left wondering on Thursday whether he would be really sick or faking it . The writers incorporated both in their unique way and I loved it. 👏

The reason for marriage and the 6 month clause had eluded me so far and I had pinned it down to a bad plot but Friday's episode got me thinking. I increasingly felt that though ASR initially after the terrace fiasco thought Khushi to be a conniving person hidding behind a mask of genuineness and caring persona but he also understood that khushi is an immature young girl who is gullible. He therefore saw her not as a home wrecker but a young girl who fell for the wrong person.This could only be the reason why he had the 6 month clause and the hurried marriage.He knows her well to understand that she values marriage in high esteem so she will uphold it and maintain distance from Shyam. He also knows that Shyam is unscrupulous and hence warns him time and again to stay away from her and not vice-versa.

He hopes that in the 6 month time frame he will be able to expose Shyam's true self to her and Anjali and maybe get back his unrequited love?

Can this be another reason (besides his buried love) that we have been increasingly shown his restrained and mellowed behavior towards khushi though she has been bugging him to no end.

Would love to have your thoughts and others on this. I might be wrong in thinking on this tangent but needed to get it out of my head😛.

Now the question arises is when the whole family comes to know about Shyam and Khushi, will Arnav at that time take the blame on him to save khushi from humiliation or he will just keep quiet and let her walk. Also this track was to build up trust between Arnav and Khushi but right now it looks like one is gaining trust and the other is loosing out. How would all this effect Payal and Aakash, What about the Guptas? I will there will be tornado in the RM which will bring lot of hurt pain and breakups. There is going to be some collateral damage here. The whole truth about shyam will only come into light by Khushi's dad. Will have to wait as to when he will be healthy? Arnav will only know the full effect of his actions that has caused khushi and her family starting from the day at Fashion show CD release. I think that day he will realize what he did was not the destiny he wrote but was written by the Almighty and I am sure Khushi will not be with him. That day he will be at the temple crying and asking for forgiveness from Devi Maiya and for all that he has done to Khushi.

Actually not Anjali but it will be ASR himself who will clear all her doubts. Anjali can only clear from a sister's POV but ASR will help her understand him. Don't worry we need the truth to come out first. 😃 then all will be ok.
