Vocal cord mein problem toh nahi ho gayi.. aur hairfall toh aajkal bohot common problem ho gaya hai... hairfall se aap koi serious bimaari suspect nahi kar sakte... ek time tha jab main logon ko gyaan diya karti thi sir mein tel lagane ka, aur aaj kal jab bhi main tel lagati hoon, kayi baal bas yun hi kho deti hoon..

Hair fall ka most common cause hain stress aur Onupama ke rehte Shah Hauj me stress ki koi kami nahin hoti. Woh bhi sevikaon ko.

I am all ready to shed multiple tears for Anupamaa losing her bestie Devika who she didn't remember ever, I guess? Devika helped Anupamaa with her divorce, Simpuj's totally uncool meltdown, US visa, improving Aadhya but AFAIR Anupamaa never once tried to better Devika's life. But Devika is not Devika Shah, so I get it.

Devika is anyway blessed to have served the unpaid maid of Baa and Bapuji. Maybe, in some birth, if she accumulates enough good deeds, she will get to directly serve Baa and Bapuji.

Devika, you would have earned your place in Heaven for the slap that changed Aadhya to Raahi and for the torture on Simpuj in Mumbai, but then again you are leaving the unpaid service of the OG and the bhest unpaid maid , so party in Hell, I suppose.

Regardless, you will never be forgotten.

All these years, Devika has acted less like a friend and more like a cheerleader for Anupama—never questioning her mistakes. But a true friend doesn’t just console you, they also show you the mirror when you go wrong. On that front, Devika has failed miserably.

Here are 2 big examples of her blind support.

1. Anuj’s Proposal
Anupama accepts Anuj’s proposal like a college teenager, dancing on stage—without ever shedding her toxic Shah baggage. What does Devika do? Instead of warning her, she looks the other way.

2. The Maaya Track & Anuj’s Grief
Maaya had already gained entry into the Kapadia Mansion. At that time, both Choti Anu and Anuj needed Anupama’s undivided attention. But what does she do? She abandons them and runs to the Shah house when Toshu suffers a paralytic stroke—thanks to Leela’s emotional blackmail. A male nurse could have taken care of Toshu, but Anupama’s misplaced priority left Choti Anu feeling abandoned and pushed her closer to Maaya.

And where was Devika through all this? Instead of holding up the mirror to Anupama, she later resurfaces only to recount everything Anupama did for Choti Anu, goes as far as to call the child a “burden”, and shockingly compares a grieving Anuj to Vanraj. Worse, she had vanished right after the #ApMaAn wedding instead of urging Anupama to shed her Shah baggage before stepping into adoption.

Devika isn’t a mirror. She’s just a megaphone, blindly echoing Anupama. And that makes her one of the weakest “best friend” portrayals on TV.

To keep it short: "Anupama got a spokesperson in Devika, not a true friend."
