Rajeev Sen, brother of Sushmita Sen, and his ex-wife, actress Charu Asopa, recently celebrated Ganesh Chaturthi together in Bikaner. Despite their divorce in 2023 and the public allegations they made against each other, the former couple reunited to celebrate Ganpati Utsav with their daughter Ziana, much to the surprise of their fans. Following the festive celebrations, they are now planning a vacation to Thailand.

Rajeev Sen shared a picture on his Instagram from Delhi Airport, featuring himself, his ex-wife Charu Asopa, and their daughter Ziana. In the caption, he announced their trip to Thailand, marking Ziana's third international adventure after Dubai and Hong Kong. "We are off to Thailand, Ziana's third international trip after Dubai & Hong Kong," he wrote. The trio appeared joyful, with Rajeev in a printed shirt, Charu in a black tracksuit, and Ziana in a cute white and pink striped outfit.

About Charu and Rajeev

For those unfamiliar, Charu and Rajeev married in 2019 after dating briefly, but their relationship soon faced challenges. Rajeev Sen is the younger brother of Sushmita Sen. Despite their differences as partners, they are dedicated parents to their daughter.

Charu’s decision to move from Mumbai

Because of the high cost of living, Charu moved from Mumbai, finding it difficult to manage as a single parent. Recently, she bought a bungalow in Bikaner and has become a full-time businesswoman, running a successful textile and beauty business.

Speaking about her decision, she earlier said, "Living in Mumbai is not easy; it costs money. For me, the monthly living cost came up to Rs 1 lakh-1.5 lakh, including the rent and everything, which was not easy. Furthermore, I would rather not leave Ziana alone with a nanny when I am shooting in Naigaon (Mumbai). It used to get extremely difficult. Moving back home and starting my own thing was completely planned; it wasn't a rushed decision."
