STORY SO FAR
Geet who was 16 yrs old, had just given her 10th boards. her elder sister suhana was soon married off, leaving her at the responsibility of Chachi shalini and Chacha Mohinder.
Shalini due to certain reasons, fixed her marriage with Maan Singh Khurana who wasn't aware of his age. for him she was an adult, 21 yr old.
even after geet's denial, she was married off and brought to khurana's house. at the very first night itself, geet rejected her husband.
Her reaction wasn't acceptable to him and thus a tense environment was created in khurana's house. geet, tried her best to accept him, but always failed.
When her tenth's board result came, maan faces the harsh reality and took the decision for their life. he took her with him to mumbai where he got her admission in top school of the country on full scholarship basis.
geet then told suhana, her elder sister about the marriage and then suhana had a face off with maan and felt his pain, and took his side.
Geet finally joined her school and met meera and her gang. They easily gelled up and formed a nice bond.
Geet was offered free hostel facility and she expressed maan her wish to join it. maan was reluctant at first but then finally agreed for her happiness.
Geet finally shifted in hostel and nakul was appointed to help maan in house chores. Maan was missing geet terribly but her wish for his happy life motivated him to enjoy life.
A boy Rohan noticed geet's resistance to boys and was attracted to her. He wanted to friendship with her and thus was finding ways to talk with her.
Soon maan's birthday came and geet was unaware of it. Maan to didn't told her but still she made it special for him in her own sweet ways unknowingly.
Finally exams came and geet helped rohan in studies, thus building a strong friendship between them. finally it was diwali and geet and maan came more close emotionally to each other but then something happened and geet asked maan to get married again.
maan was deeply hurt while geet realized he feelings for the first time, but then his indifference toward her shattered her.
time passed and with the passing time her love found new definitions as well as new limits. she returned back to him on their anniversary with all new confidence and made him realize her changed feelings.
