Agree that everyone should be a little sensitive to how they phrase things. But I really don't think Kareena meant much by it. It was definitely not the kind of comment where it makes sense for dozens of people to start laughing about how stupid she is and mocking her. There is a knee jerk reaction on this forum where every minor thing is picked on to the point that it becomes extremely irritating. It's like people deliberately are finding things to be pissy about just because they oddly get their kicks from bashing.

This was such a small thing. She was talking tongue in cheek, answering silly questions in a silly way and saying she's not going to fast as she loves food. Was this worth the rage here? Calm down, people.

At the end of the day, whether she fasts or not, or believes in karwa chauth or not, who cares. Seh can say whatever she wants and she doesn't need to shut up just because your views don't match hers. The overreaction here all the time is a little weird.

the point is not whether kareena observes the fast or not, the point is why does kareena says such nonsense? it is not nice, if she infact does do the vrat then what is wrong in admitting it? Karisma/Ash so many actresses admit that they do the fast! there is nothing wrong with it! it is part of hindu religion and indian culture!

i m a muslim nd i do fast in ramadan days, but i dont do it to prove any1 that i m a true muslim, nd similarly if i dont fast, then also it doesnt depict that i m not a muslim anymore..

kareena doesnt fast, its her choice, but naming this ritual as smthing like starving is insultive nd disrespectful to all the ppl who observe fast during karwa chauth.. nd its not like if they dont their husbands will doubt their love.. this whole proving thing sounds so silly...
