Maya can be arrested for forced abduction of Arjun as tying a person without will is not justified, but she was not doing any forced s**ual relation with Arjun, to be convicted for r**e, she had just lied along with Arjun

She didn't even have any intention to get into a unwanted relation with Arjun, or else she would have not have waited for 2 years

I'm actually not ready to buy this. I don't think maya at least forced a sex with arjun. Leave alone everything else she 'may' have done but not this. Sleeping beside someone isn't sleeping with someone. And even though she may have had intentions, she couldn't do anything that could even prove that. Yes she unbuttoned shirts and forced him to open shirt etc maybe, but forced sex has till now not been shown.

So I find this baseless honestly.

And as for ayan I better keep my mouth shut. I'm not in any position to judge yesterday's show. I am just reading everyone's views but not really having any of mine. But this post caught me and I didn't honestly find it correct in the first place.

No cuz Maya didn't attempted to rape arjun... She just hugged arjun, and shared bed with arjun but didn't rape arjun when he is unconscious...

When has Maya tried to rape Arjun? This is so absurd. all I see is her lying beside him and kissing his forehead and blabbering something rubbish... Even the day she told him to open his shirt all she did was massage his aching back and then in the morning we saw her sleeping with her head on his chest!

Was it ever shown that Maya unzipping Arjuns pants & having sex with an unconscious man is not even possible! Was it ever shown she was forcing herself on him?

There was never lust in her eyes when she looks at Arjun but yesterday's episode Ayaan was giving that lecherous look..and his dialogues were so disgusting! He said everything that a man who is about to rape a woman says!

Even if it be considered Maya framed everything though it had so many loopholes but still I don't know how CVS will justify this disgusting dialogues and that lecherous look that he was giving her! Maya couldn't have made him tell that. ...from the time he entered he kept on telling he will teach her such a lesson that she will never be able to face people again!!! Just trying to take a key from her and getting his brother out... makes no sense about what he said!

I sleep beside my friend sometimes when he/she's asleep - does that mean I sexually assaulted them? JEEZ! The extents to people go to just to target Maya. So much stigma is attached to "bed" - bed is not just used for sex, people.
