Maya can be arrested for forced abduction of Arjun as tying a person without will is not justified, but she was not doing any forced s**ual relation with Arjun, to be convicted for r**e, she had just lied along with Arjun

She didn't even have any intention to get into a unwanted relation with Arjun, or else she would have not have waited for 2 years

I'm actually not ready to buy this. I don't think maya at least forced a sex with arjun. Leave alone everything else she 'may' have done but not this. Sleeping beside someone isn't sleeping with someone. And even though she may have had intentions, she couldn't do anything that could even prove that. Yes she unbuttoned shirts and forced him to open shirt etc maybe, but forced sex has till now not been shown.

When has Maya tried to rape Arjun? This is so absurd. all I see is her lying beside him and kissing his forehead and blabbering something rubbish... I sleep beside my friend sometimes when he/she's asleep - does that mean I sexually assaulted them? JEEZ! The extents to people go to just to target Maya. So much stigma is attached to "bed" - bed is not just used for sex, people.
