Akshaye Khanna getting this much hype for Dhurandhar is laughable. He didn't have that much impact on film, I would say only 5% contribution. He didn't even had any dialouges which would last longer like other legend villains had it in their time.

Yes, his Chhaava performance is worth the credit, but Dhurandhar is forced hype, where that trend is being followed, by praising old actor in negative role which started with Bobby from Animal.

Makers must have planned this, as soon as film got released, Ranveer released that track from his handle & flood of videos featuring that song flooded instagram

Not just those handles shared that video, it wasn't even blocked by makers for copyright issue as some video were from hall only. It was intentional to make viral that song, from which they hype has sky rocketed since 1st saturday.

Khanna is my fav. too, but he is being used like hype doll, nothing else, just to make film bigger success.
