*Correction: Ayaan did not just talk to her but actually verbally abused her. The words he used for her can move any girl to tears. It was highly disrespectful and had a sexual undertone. If he just angrily told her that he thinks what she did to his brother is wrong, that would have been fine but every girl who saw that episode can understand how hurtfully abusive Ayaan's words were towards a girl who also is his sister-in-law.

Arjuna Ayan no one is Saint. But the way people justify maya's act makes me feel ... No person deserves a psycho case like her

But what you are suggesting that because Maya slept on Arjun's chest, or she unbuttoned his shirt that this means she was attempting rape is very far fetched. They live in the same house and sleep on the same bed for the past 3 years. If she hugs him or touches his face while he is sleeping (Which is all I have ever seen) that is in NO way a sexual assault.

It is clear in 2 years they have not had sex. It's clear Maya has never sexually violated Arjun. I think you are trivializing a very serious issue.

What Ayaan did was not a "Scuffle". He tore Maya's clothes, clearly stated that he will "Make sure she can't show her face". "Do something to her that is worse than death" and "Forget his limits, forget she is his brother's wife". That was a very clear threat to rape or threat to sexually assault that he was giving her. He even pushed her to the ground and bit her neck. What part of this does not constitute a "Sexual assault" is beyond me? I get you don't like Maya, and you don't have to. But there is no way you can act that what Maya did by drugging Arjun to stop him from leaving and then sleeping on his chest is the same as Ayaan attacking her and threatening to violate her.

Both are crimes. But of a different nature. What Ayaan did was not as trivial as you are trying to make it sound. For someone who thinks even hugging someone who is asleep is sexual assault, I don't see how you can dismiss what Ayaan did as a scuffle to save his brother?His intention may have been to save his brother but his method was totally wrong. Rape is a very serious offense. Almost 100% of the time Women are the victims of rape. It is very insensitive to make light of such a subject. I am not trying to be politically correct, but I really feel strongly that as women, we should not trivialize a real issue that countless women face daily.

If I can only restrict on Maya's conduct here (I have already said that Ayan's violent behavior will need or go under a judicial scrutiny!) I would like to ask

Why does she have a pattern, more often bordering a non-consensual act?

-her handling of a blind-folded/hand-cuffed Arjun in mid-air, when she wanted to propose!
- sedated Arjun in the ambulance & her conduct at that time!
- hands-tied Arjun brought back in their bed room & her persistence with him!
-a few days back, trying to have her way with a semi-conscious/drunken state of husband!

One is certainly not expecting to be shown more graphic details in our home TVs, except for some suggestive/open-ended scenes . It is deliberately left to audience's discretion/interpretation.
So, that is how it is!

What can be the possible explanation here?

Maya knows that Arjun may not agree or co-operate with her every time!
But does it matter really?
She just knows how to deal with him!
Right? And one says it is her choice!
Marriage is supposed to be between two equals and rights/privileges are hence shared!

Arjun and Maya are married. Saanjh is not Arjun's wife neither is Ayaan Maya's husband. They have completely twisted views on who has the right and who has not. Maya did worst possible thing drugging arjun and abducting arjun and tied him on bed. Then She was sleeping and hugging him. It's actually so disturbing to watch that scene. How can one even be romantic in that scene.

People are actually comparing the scenes with pre-leap scenes which were full of romance.

Arjun never tied maya and drugged her and never tried to be romantic to a drugged maya.

What Maya did comes under 'domestic violence'. If Arjun had done the same to Maya, i.e. Drugged her, tied her up and slept near her, it would still be 'domestic violence'. They are husband and wife for christ's sake! People advocating the fact that 'maya is a rapist' should look up the terms 'rape' and 'sexual assault', 'sexual harrasment' and then play judge and jury. Nobody can be arrested for 'attempt to rape' just for hugging and sleeping with their unconsious spouses. That comes under domestic violence.

Arjun manhandles Maya. If she presses charges, he goes to jail. Maya does crazy things to torture Arjun. If he presses charges, she goes to jail. Both under 'domestic violence'. Both are guilty in this game and both deserve a trip to jail. Maya also needs a trip to a psychologist.

But that pervert Ayaan should definitely go to jail under 'sexual assault'. He can't touch, bite, tear off clothes of any other female as he pleases. Lucky that he lives in India, in Saudi he would have been stoned publically for touching other people's wives, and threatning them with rape.
