Being married does not give anyone the right to drug, tie up and then strip their husband against their will. That is illegal.

The drugging/tying part is ofcourse Maya is responsible for, but you claiming that she is sexually assaulting him for SIMPLY laying down on the same bed as him - IS YOU BEING RIDICULOUS! Especially as you said laying down beside Arjun is WORSE than Ayaan molesting Maya. That is so disgusting and insensitive to say. Stop your trivialization of rape/molestation.

She did not strip arjun...so dont know where u get that from?
and abiding by the law is right...but u should not just follow the law bcz u have to...learn to respect the relations...its not compulsory but its called manners...

It's ridiculous how people has no knowledge that it's impossible to have an intercourse with a unconscious male and if Arjun was in his senses then I don't think Maya will even stand a chance of forcing her on him since he's far too strong for her and will push her away. ! Arjuns dialogue about he hadn't even touched her for 2 years so Maya being pregnant is impossible proves they didn't have sex and he wasn't a rape victim all this time.

Maya only sleeps beside Arjun because she likes feeling his presence/warmth - the woman is downright obsessively head over heels for him! That does not mean that she rapes him in the same bed. Maya thinks Arjun is innocent and don't think she can go to the extent of doing something so disgusting with him to hurt him. It is shameful and overly presumptuous that people believe she rapes him. Unless and until it is shown that she really does it, keep quiet. The nerve of some people to put this all on Maya while conveniently ignoring that Ayaan ACTUALLY tried to molest Maya and verbally talked to her in vulgar way also.

Drugging and tying someone up is wrong. No one says it's right. If anyone is justifying or excusing it, they are wrong too.

But what you are suggesting that because Maya slept on Arjun's chest, or she unbuttoned his shirt that this means she was attempting rape is very far fetched. They live in the same house and sleep on the same bed for the past 3 years. If she hugs him or touches his face while he is sleeping (Which is all I have ever seen) that is in NO way a sexual assault.

It is clear in 2 years they have not had sex. It's clear Maya has never sexually violated Arjun. I think you are trivializing a very serious issue.

What Ayaan did was not a "Scuffle". He tore Maya's clothes, clearly stated that he will "Make sure she can't show her face". "Do something to her that is worse than death" and "Forget his limits, forget she is his brother's wife". That was a very clear threat to rape or threat to sexually assault that he was giving her. He even pushed her to the ground and bit her neck. What part of this does not constitute a "Sexual assault" is beyond me? I get you don't like Maya, and you don't have to. But there is no way you can act that what Maya did by drugging Arjun to stop him from leaving and then sleeping on his chest is the same as Ayaan attacking her and threatening to violate her.

Both are crimes. But of a different nature. What Ayaan did was not as trivial as you are trying to make it sound. For someone who thinks even hugging someone who is asleep is sexual assault, I don't see how you can dismiss what Ayaan did as a scuffle to save his brother?His intention may have been to save his brother but his method was totally wrong. Rape is a very serious offense. Almost 100% of the time Women are the victims of rape. It is very insensitive to make light of such a subject. I am not trying to be politically correct, but I really feel strongly that as women, we should not trivialize a real issue that countless women face daily.

Exactly! Arjun may hate Maya but he has never accused her of physically torturing him... it's all mental torture. When he said her that there is no chance she can be pregnant as he has not even touched her... just proves that he doesn't even consider her a threat enough to force herself on him. ..It was... I never touched you! Had he been forced to do things he wouldn't have said that!

It's easy to take advantage of an unconscious female and have sex with her while it's impossible to have an intercourse with an unconscious man. Even if he is drunk he has to be conscious to indulge in sex.
