Should Maya be arrested for attempting to rape Arjun?

If Ayan drugged Maya, tied her up, and slept with her, would you say the same thing?

Ayan entered their apartment and asked where Arjun was. Maya put her hand on his chest. Then, Ayan spent 10 minutes searching for Arjun and found which room he was locked in. He tried to forcefully open the door, but Maya came in front of the door. Ayan pushed her aside, causing her sleeve to rip. He then tried getting the key for the room from her by pinning her down.

If that counts as an attempt to rape Maya, and this doesn't, then you are being hypocritical.

I have seen 40 threads on here about Ayan attempting to rape Maya, but not one about what Maya did (which was much worse).
