Proposal is basically asking for her consent, even if married the decision to say YES or NO to a proposal is hers, not her husband's

Family Court has the most undignified and shitty arguments.

There is not such a way people talk in these courts with so much mud sledding on each other.

It is simply putting points across there is not much a way how people talk in these family courts.

Court looks at every aspect of the case being argued, any argument like "He proposed to a married woman or he is marrying my sister therefore he shouldn't get custody of a child" will be considered as people not taking their cases seriously and wasting time of the court.

They should but i am 95% sure they won't

1. Neil was a illegal child who was abused by his father - a crime

2. Anisha ran away from home later suicidal and commited suicide

3. Her family tried to frame Kairav- crime

4. Parth wife beater - crime

5. Mental abuse of Akshara-crime

I have said this in my other comment again saying

He proposed a married while having his talk of getting married to another women, comes under two timing.

Aise character ke aadmi ko nahi milegi custody.

Marrying my sister will go against Akshu only, this statement will ulta go in favour of Abhi.

Also Family court mein log kisi bhi hadh tak jaate hain, and kuch bhi bolte hain to win.

It isn't like criminal or other courts.
