Yes

Abhimanyu is not Akshara's owner. Why would my answer change with change in the person asking the question?

Wasn't this Manjari's arguments against Abhinav? That he stole Abhimanyu's son but when Abhir's mother has decided that Abhinav is his father then Abhinav didn't have any moral or ethical responsibility to seek out Abhimanyu

Absolutely agree. A woman's character is often questioned during custody cases. Why can't a man's? This is a custody case. This will definitely be considered. They need to prove what a pathetic man this centre of universe is.

They are doctors but there's no humanity in them. They behave like they're god and goddess.They use everyone for their happiness be it Niel , Roohi ,etc

For KM and for her kaandsuputra everyone is a toy for them , they play with others lives and act as the most innocent souls and put the blame game on others.

The biggest drawback of Sharma family is they don't speak up at the right time.
