Sharmas do not have money but they do have dignity. So they will not stoop low.

Except White day, nothing can be said in the court. Proposing to a married woman is not a crime or unethical, she is not her husband's property, she can turn down the proposal

Proposal is basically asking for her consent, even if married the decision to say YES or NO to a proposal is hers, not her husband's

Sharmas did speak about Abhimanyu's mental health being the reason to deny him custody, it is just that he didn't sit down crying over it

Proposing a married women is not unethical ? Really? Husband n wife belongs to each other. So that make her his own. Btw she is not a public property any cheapo can come and propose her after getting engaged to other women. What about begging and emotionally black mailing her husband to leave his wife ? Proposing a married woman may not be unethical, but it's pretty messed up. It also speaks volumes about the type of character Abhimanyu is, it says a lot about his personality and his impulsivity. How he speaks before he thinks, and does the first thing that comes into his mind.

That's not something children should learn from.

It is nothing. He proposed to her and she denied. If he had forced her or chased her after her denial, I would have agreed with you.

It is calling "Shooting your shot", the decision is upto her, she could have said YES or NO, he didn't force the decision on her and accepted the rejection.
