while I agree it is not a crime abd aabhimanyu is not on trial .. same way as proving a woman characterless is considered as a way to prevent the mother getting custody , I do think the points about Abhimanyu proposing Akshara while being engaged to her sister can be a way to raise questions about his morals and his reliability as a person and while he won’t be put in jail for it, I do think it will not make him look like a respectable man who can be trusted to give the right upbringing to a child .. u think these can be valid arguments to show Abhimanyu can be irrational , unpredictable, unreliable and has questionable morals ..

While proposing to AK can be unethical it's hardly an argument that can be brought in court...he proposed she denied...nd i don't think goenkas will pick that up.... marrying aarohi or having pre honeymoon suhagrat or anything else is pretty much Abrohi personal matter...also aarohi is also a Goenka daughter....they can hardly malign her in the process.....Their best bet is to cash on the White day incident tbh...Also the phone calls AK made... it's weird that the Goenka Lawyer never brought up those calls...nd the white day incident is not a small argument...

2) It's a fact that Abhir has grown up well behaved and in a loving family suddenly handing over his custody to the father might've negative affect on the child... he's too attached to his mother and step father...but then Abhira might've to agree on joint custody...with AK having the physical custody mostly...

Neil was illegitimate but was adopted into the family....no child negligence case was ever filed against birlas..for the world Neil was raised as a birla...so that's moot point...it might just end up favouring AbhiM team

Anisha didn't really die by suicide she fell off the rail...but still this could be brought if they wanna go below the belt

Kairav was blamed but then AbhiM himself held a press conference later apologizing nd taking back the case

I don't think parth DV is public knowledge....goenkas don't know about that...also again shefali hasn't filed an official case.

Arohi being a Goenka there would hardly be any mud slingling aimed at her or Ruhi....but yes ruhi jealousy can be brought forth(but again will be little below the belt and difficult coz Ruhi is a goenka too)

Wasn't the whole proposing between Abhira nd Nav, i don't think Nav ever mentioned to even AK about that conversation with AbhiM... knowing his character he won't mention it at all....same with AK i don't think AK will ever mention to Goenkas that AbhiM proposed her...

True I doubt they will bring that .. at least I don’t expect Akshara to go that route to prove him to be of loose morals .. marrying Arohi is a non issue .. they are two adults who are getting married with mutual consent , no argument there .. sister etc is mostly for audience because we know the vileness of Arohi .. same for pre honeymoon etc .. so while I think the proposal can be used to say that he is unreliable as he proposed while still being engaged to another woman , I doubt Akshara or Abhinav will do that and no one else from Goenkas know anyway .. so

If Goenkas will support there are instances like inspite of adopting they never introduced Neel as son of the family .. Neel was traumatised due to being illegitimate child etc and if Akshara will go to that level she can say that she has seen how the rest of the family stood by while Neel was tormented .. but like you said brining how pathetic Birla kids have been would be kind of below the belt .. so I doubt if they would go that far .. but this is where we expect decency from Akshara and it is get decency that will make Abhi win .. but ultimately lose his son because the child would want his parents ..

Yes.. and I really don’t expect Akshara to bring it up .. NoraSM said these are not valid arguments , so I was just explaining why I thought it could be one point if they really want to use it .. but I don’t expect it to be used and I think Abhimanyu will win the court case

I mean AK was mad at Birla for bringing the financial situation if they bring up the dead birla kids it's actually gonna be really below the belt...Goenkas r in a tough spot rn coz even if they say they can provide for Sharma's the first question that will arise is where were they for those 6 years that AK had to face financial crunch...nd live at a place as remote as Pathankot in her difficult pregnancy...

On that note if I'm not wrong BP requested AbhiM to act as if Abhir is a charity case nd he was gonna pay piche se without AkshNav knowing coz of their pride so why did the lawyer say Abhir is a charity case nd BP lawyer didn't contradict....they also need a better lawyer.... honestly AbhiM lawyer is savage
