Why does one need to be doctor to be considered educated and ambitious? Akshara is well educated along with being well trained in music and vocals. And she wants to work for an ngo very noble pursuit and a unique goal.

Why does one having panic attacks considered to be weak? Akshara went toe to toe with one of the best heart surgeon "ambitious doctor" Far more accomplished then arohi and yet she is weak because she has panic attacks. It's 21st century people can we please not call mental illness a weakness.

A degree is part of a person but a person is more than his/her degree. Caring and kindness doesn't make someone weak it makes them better. Being vengeful,egoistic,selfish and bitter is not being emotionally independent.

Arohi was selfish even before any trauma occurred to her and her mother has enabled her to treat akshu like shit from the day she was born And even took promise from akshu to let arohi treat her like shit even after she dies by "apni behan ka dhyan rakhna"

Akshara is not clingy she went away from her home because of arohi and only came because kairav tricked her. The only fault she has is not reprimand arohi for all the nonsense she speaks about her.

I agree that Arohi is the strong educated FL that we all have long been wishing for,but just because Arohi is a state topper you can't ignore the fact that Akshara is equally educated and she is afterall doing a noble job working for an NGO👍🏼,or is it that some ppl here don't consider working for an NGO as a profession in itself?👎🏼If you don't then pls read up about kailash satyarthi!!😊And she being clingy and doing the Aroo jaap is at some point annoying,I agree👍🏼 ,but can't blame her when her mother's last wish was that she takes care of her sister!!😆Akshu's only fault is she overlooks Arohi's nonsensical attitude towards her,taking care of your sister does not mean that you take her bulls**t.🤢And it's not like Akshu dosen't care about her self respect, she does,but sometimes her love for her sister overshadows everything else,which is something I really would like if it is changed!!😆

As for Arohi being the villain here,she is not the villain here because of ITV's norm of portraying the stronger sassy woman as a villain👍🏼 she is the antagonist because of evil nature,her disregard for her sister just because she is her step sister, her misdemeanor towards Akshu, and her blatantly selfish attitude of always blaming your sister for her mother's death, her mother whom Akshu equally loved,the trauma which both equally faced!!👍🏼

I personally did not find Aarohi as strong or sassy woman. On the contrary, I found her to be extremely arrogant, jealous, selfish and way way insecure. Such people at powerful positions tend to be a bully and extremely toxic.

Totally agree with you both @bluehue and @ItsmeAzra, to add to it, there are people who are smart and ambitious and then there are people who are Narcissists!! Aarohi seems later to me. And then she has a problem with Akshu's existence, she will find another way to blame her if Akshu stops clinging to her, that's how her character has been written till now. Though yes, like everyone else here I would also like for Akshu to grow out of her behna prem for someone who is totally undeserving of it.

Also I get Akshu leaving home because Aarohi didn't wanted her there. There are people who don't like conflicts. Living there with Aarohi would have snatched her mental peace, while living away from her family snatched her love and support system but I think she chose her peace that time for not everyone choose to stay and fight for their rights. We all know Aarohi wouldn't have left home, she is more into everything is mine. She now too just want her gone!! Though it's not happening this time as show needs to go ahead😂

I only just watched today's episode, and any positive opinion of aarohi I had changed quite a bit today. Today I feel she is actually an immature brat with a heightened sense of entitlement and no common sense.

Roaming around a hospital for no real reason and disturbing hospital staff just to enquire about a good-looking doctor that she wants to meet 🤢

This girl wants to be a doctor but today was acting worse than a hormonal college girl just to see and talk to a handsome doctor and saying to herself that he has to take out time out of his schedule to meet her just because she wants him to when she has no real purpose to meet him.

No regard for the fact he is a reputable practising doctor who will have patients he will be busy attending to unlike her.

She already appears to lack the maturity and professionalism to be a doctor when she's acting like a princess expecting that a doctor has to meet her no matter what just because it's her desire to meet him and when she knows her only reason she wants to meet him is to drool over him and charm him. Seriously aarohi today was acting pretty pathetic. Who does that lol?

The way she talks and acts gives me the vibe that she will throw around tantrums even as a doctor. Could they not have shown aarohi in any other career than a doctor?

Exactly. Arohi is just a stubborn jealous and selfish brat. I feel Manish what he pointed out in the beginning before the leap was absolutely right. This Sheela had brainwashed Arohi. I feel sad for Akshara. She was away from her own house because of Arohi. I understand the fact that Arohi lost her mom but that doesn't mean that she can blame Akshara for it. And I'm surprised like Akshara was away from the house and how did the other family members accept it. Even Manish couldn't do anything.

Yes she is bitter, yes she is rude, but it took two seconds for everyonb in the house to shut her up the second she pointed a finger at Akshara. No on is ready to deal with the sadness and hurt behind her bitterness. In a house where her mother was just a shadow of Naira she too feels like a shadow of Akshara and who wants to live as a shadow of someone else?

It is Akshara's house and Akshara's family first and that is why Aarohi feels so alone. Everyday she is aware of the fact that this not hers but akshara's... and what is Aarohi's fault? that she is sirat's child? she is being punished because of who's child she is?

@Bold It was akshara that didn't have anyone, aarohi had the whole family. It was shown in yesterday's epi when akshu was talking to kairav. Not for 1 or 2 months. But for 3 WHOLE YEARS.

@Gold bold Of course bitterness is allowed but the amount of hatred she has isn't, it's not like akshu intentionally caused sirat's death. Sirat was her mother but she was also akshu's mother as well. And the hurt she is feeling will be 10 fold for akshu. And manish said in yesterday in epi this aarohi's behavior has been going on for 12 years.

And like you are saying nobody likes to live in shadow, but do you think someone would like to get reminded of their someone else's death?? Especially if that someone is your mother?? And knowing that you were somewhat the reason, that she died?? Even of it's not your fault but the situation or circumstances that led to it, you would still feel guilty knowing that you were somewhat the reason that your sibling lost their mother because of you, your father lost his wife because of you, etc....

Arohi is hurt so is akshu, aarohi had the family while akshu dealt with this alone, aarohi is somewhat healing while akshu is still traumatized.

@Blue Who said she was naira's shadow?? Earlier in tracks it was shown that sirat was trying to be like naira and others were also expecting her to be naira but kartik clarified it and everyone understood even sirat. So how was she treated like naira's shadow??

From beginning both girls were treated equally as to avoid future conflicts, misunderstandings, etc..... It was aarohi who was competitive and looked down on akshu while akshu was brought up with being told to selflessly love her sister. And aarohi and akshu were/are completely opposite, so there was no chance of one sister becoming another's shadow. Both girls were good at completely different stuff, aarohi was good at studies and akshu with arts. If we are talking about shadows then shouldn't goenka prioritize arts better then to make aarohi the "shadow" ? But that's not the case, it's true they are compare but not in their abilities, but qualities, behaviors and perception?

@Red How is akshu's family not aarohis? Is she not kartik's daughter?? Nobody in the family treated her like an outsider, rather they showed more love and care towards her. If your talking about the singhanis then they are akshu's family first but they would NEVER discriminate between aarohi and akshu. They are way too good unlike goenka who wouldn't spare a child younger then aarohi. Bhabhimaa and devyani didn't had a problem with sirat, naksh at first had but later understood and accepted sirat wholeheartedly. So why wouldn't they accept aarohi then??
