@ bed - even if we take into consideration that she doesn't see it as their marital bed, fact still remains that she didn't take Raman's opinion on it as a roommate, friend, whatever he is to her. At present he is the one sleeping on it right? So it's still wrong as she didn't consult with him on a pure courtesy basis...

For the rest, I have already expressed what I feel so I won't repeat. I still maintain that Ishita's reactions/feelings lacks consistency/continuity hence can be really confusing...

He has not been vocal nor has she. He has shown signs of wanting more of the relation. She has shown close to none. Still as damaged as he is too, he wants to give a chance while for her, one is left wondering what she wants from marriage...

Ishita thinks raman is still in love with Shagun so she thought he would be happy if his ex sleeps on his bed.😆

And I never said Ishita did the right thing - all I am laying out is where she stands. Like Autumn wrote on page 7 -Ishita still has no right to sleep on their bed so it really wasn't her focal point to consider. It makes sense now from Ishita's pov. And this Raman understood hence his restlessness.

Now I am not certain if Raman has indeed understood this or not but one thing is sure this is about addressing the elephant in the room - opening a can of worms.

A normal woman would cringe at the mere thought of her bed having her husband' ex - wife or gf- but a normal woman would do that only when she has feelings for the said man which are romantic in nature, when she would envision the man as ONLY her own and the bed as theirs - their marital bed.

Now two things need to happen for this - 1) Ishita has to realize sheisn'ta sole entity and she is in a relationship - a marriage at that, which would need processing and the man she shares the room withisn'ta roommate but her HUSBAND and she cannot share him or what is theirs... but for this to happen even the second thing is necessary and I suppose equally if not more important whichis theman has to lay his cards out in the open - let her know where he stands regarding them, their relationship and that too openly.

Yes Ishita has begununderstandingRaman BUT she stilldoesn'tknow all of him like Ruby said - they have come to know each other but theyaren'tin sync here. Even if Ishita realizes her feelings for Raman, for this marriage she still cannot work it all alone here - he is needed - he would have to play his part - express what he feels for her, wants from her and them in this. You cannot bank on someone understanding you without being vocal about things always and in certain cases NOT at all.

When during the case thing Shagun accused Ishita of stealing evidence and they had that scene in their bedroom he asked her about the same gently - showing his mistrust, misunderstanding of her and she showed hers by accusing him of still being in love with Raman. She cleared his doubts by first speaking up and later handing him the photo but he NEVER did. To this date that convo has been left incomplete which he did only now when she put Shagun in the room when he said - it took him 6 years to remove the woman from his life and heart. And by then the act had happened.

Now while Ishita has learned one important thing in this scene - that Raman no longer loves Shagun she is yet to learn something even MORE important - what he feels for her.

Not loving Shagundoesn'tautomatically make him fall in love with Ishita after all - he has hated her for years now but he hasnt even known Ishita for a year... so while Raman completed that convo which was long overdue... they have another one in the making now where he has to speak up about what he feels for Ishita.

@ Bold ... totally agree .. infact thats the only bit about this scene that i initially wrote in my post ... restlessness .. here he is entering her bed nonchalantly .. & in return the lady brings in his past in the bed ...
Its a beautiful irony ...

Believe me i was shocked to read a plethora of posts on what Ishita did was wrong or right .. BUT NOT A SINGLE POST ON THIS MAJOR IRONY ...

A day after he sleeps in the BED WITH HER .. she brings in HIS PAST ON THE BED ... To me this is a reflectionof the writers brilliance of thot ... this was my sole take away from that episode .. infact to me all the things which happened in that episode was linked to this moment ...

I was one of the few people who questioned the BED SCENE .. i confess i saw it in isolation .. at that time i asked this ques ,... why show this scene when u r not ready to show the next step in intimacy ... & thank u Writers i got the answer right the next moment ... THE PAST ...

If u look at this entire episode with the PAST as its central theme .. u will be able to palate it better ... a past which has SHAGUN ... a past of both RAMAN & MIHIR ... there is only one central past .. SHAGUN ... & she is HERE now ... her shadow her spectre ...

In the LU onThursday .. i had mentioned ... itsinteresting Shagun comingto stay at Bhalla house & the very next day is Mihir's registered marriage ... Shagun coming to Bhalla housewill bring Ashok as well .. who also has his eyes on Mihika .. now think how well the traps & tracks are being laid & how interconnected they all are ... with all impacting RAMAN & ISHITA

There is not much to say after this ... its a beautiful way for the writer to tell us .. NO CONFESSION till the past is not resolved ...

As u said ... If Ishita is wrong .. then so is RAMAN .. she at least has spoken & put into perspective her past ... & here he even when he clearly knows That she thinks he loves his EXWIFE .. has never spoken to her on What he really feels about his past ...

With a Sirf Ruhi ke Liye gone ... what is the other BIGGEST MU between these 2 to resolve ...SHAGUN & where does Raman stand on this issue

The reason i came up with the question which stirred the hornets nest on Why Raman did not stop Ishita ... it was simply to bring into focus .. WHAT REALLY WILL HAPPEN ... & what the writer is ACTUALLY TRYING TO TELL US ... this episode unlike what everyone is thinking was not about ISHITA AT ALL ... it was ABOUT RAMAN ... hence the whole scene with his papa ...😳

Ruby what u hv said is right but its not master stroke f cvs to resolve the past between these two, cvs cud hv adopted hundred other solutions than Ishita Literally putting Shagun in their bed. They did end up showing Ishita not respecting her own marriage (whatever it is)by doing so. There r hundreds of interpretation that Raman can take out of Ishitas this act, n obvious one was Hurt he not once thought of clarifying things with Ishita on romantic front. Tomorrow I dont know maybe Raman might turn it ugly between these two coz f his ego even if she tries to clarify her stance. It is no way helping them in moving forward in their relationship. If at all they r moving backwards n prolonging the much awaited Confession for TRPs.

All these two badly need is a hearty chat.

I have a contrary POV ..far from it being she does not think of the room & bed as hers ... SHE DOES .. u only lend what is URS .. she gave her bed to Shagun for the NIGHT .. but her husband was not part of the deal .. he was not in the room ... this is ISHITA ..not Gopi Bahu yaar .. who will ask permission can i breathe now 😉.

Aani,

Its ok Its not necessary to be always on one side for both of us.
What I meant by bedroom and bed that they both have acknowledged to each other that they are friends at least
plus, raman has acknowledged to her and himself that she is his wife and he wants to new start with her

ishita has also done it to herself that he is her husband. but she has never claimed to him that he is her husband that raman expected even in accident track, ask me you have right on me

lets forget about couple relation acknowledgement , is it right to hurt even friends feelings ?

how would he feel if you will put same woman on his bed (forget if it s yours or not in true means) , who has made him fragile and cold towards even one child!! this man has confessed that because of shagun he was rude and ignorant to ruhi, same was confessed by shagun.

She din think as mother of ruhi, she din think as friend of man .

and I am still ok if she realizes her mistake instead of saying there was no option for her than their bedroom. no one is saying she did wrong by helping her but giving such a treatment that has hurt even mother of man who has seen him crying for years ,she was shaken up everyday seeing wet pillows.

rest is all said by Aeryn. so I will not repeat it again.

yes he needs to talk with her but bringing past to his bed is highly no no for me.

Agreed a million ways to bring the past ...but yaar its not our story ... the writers thot this was best ... except the bed bit ... i am ok with everything they have shown ...

My first post was also not about right or wrong ... it was simply to state .. ISHITA IS IN CHARACTER .. there is NO JERK IN CHARACTERISATION of ISHITA .. she has always been this way ..

Actually i read the book Custody a while back ... & to be honest this IShita is far more palatable to me than that ISHITA ... 😉 so if thats the blue print then i am happy with what we have got .. yea mistakes will happen like putting her on her own bed ... but chalo yaar ek mistake hai .. 😳

Imagine if bhallas wud hv let Param come home without consulting ishu? Wud that b not insensitive towards her?
