Yes, I agree that trainers are often really strict, but he seems to not realize how young she is, and how she's suddenly been thrust into the world of competitive sport.
At one level I felt -- just reflecting on the world of competitive sports in general -- that there is an element of exploitation. He wants her in the school because she has the potential to win for them -- warna, out of the school. No second chances.

I guess you're probably right but he's starting to be irritating for me because he's only thinking that Chakor has to win for the school's reputation. So he's basically putting the responsibility of the school's reputation on the shoulders of a 7 years old.
