Initially, I hoped for a 'spiritual' sequal... I'm quite turned off by this recent sequal-mania, especially when a cult-movie is (mis?)used.

It deserves it. The first movie never deserved to be a flop, there's a reason a whole generation loves and worships Awarapan. For the sake of our childhood, this movie shall be a blockbuster.

Mohit Suri should have directed it but it's still fine as long as it delivers even half of the first movie.
