I honestly don't know if the harsh and strict way he's dealing with Chakor is either right or wrong.
Chakor is tough and I know so she can deal with it but she's still a child.
I think the sports trainer needs to be reminded that she's 7 years and not 17 years.
I don't know anything about sports training but is that kind of attitude necessary for training child athletes? Maybe someone can enlighten me on the world of sports.

What are your thoughts on Arjun Sir?

I too found his behavior weird but usually sport teachers are strict with the children. Also, the race is an important one and he has very less days to train her. She is stubborn as well so he needs to be harsh. He looks to be a rude teacher and many teachers too behave like him and some behave more harshly towards children.

I agree. He is dealing with Chakor as if Chakor is going to a
Olympic game. Come on Man you can extract her better if you handle her
Softly.

sports trainers are generally strict even in real life.
even my school sports trainer was really strict.

Nothing wrong in showing a strict sports trainer.

Yes, I agree that trainers are often really strict, but he seems to not realize how young she is, and how she's suddenly been thrust into the world of competitive sport.

At one level I felt -- just reflecting on the world of competitive sports in general -- that there is an element of exploitation. He wants her in the school because she has the potential to win for them -- warna, out of the school. No second chances.

Well when Abha had thanked him for Chakor getting admitted to the school he did say not to thank him because they're admitting her for selfish motives, which is to compete and win.

I also agree with you ! But i think maybe they are trying to show different influences on chakors life . Like, ishwar and aabha are soft and loving towards her aaditya is friendly and protective . While, arjun sir could be her stern mentor or something like that

Or maybe they are trying to give him a tough guy image 😆

I guess you're probably right but he's starting to be irritating for me because he's only thinking that Chakor has to win for the school's reputation. So he's basically putting the responsibility of the school's reputation on the shoulders of a 7 years old.
