Define fashion

It is about being comfortable and stylish in what you wear. What you wear should complement you and you should complement what you wear.

Who chooses your clothes?
I choose my own clothes.

Do you like to accessorise yourself?
I like to go very little on accessories. I prefer wearing only one accessory at a time. I like wearing either loads of bangles or glamorous earrings.

Is there any particular brand that you prefer?
I am not brand conscious. I opt for brands only when it comes to denims. I go for brands like Levis and Guess for denims.

What is your favourite destination for shopping?
I like to shop from Delhi since I go there often. Compared to Mumbai, there is better stuff in Delhi. Very soon I will be going to London and I am going to pick a lot of stuff from there.

Which are the clothes that make you feel comfortable?
I am a summer person. I like to dress in Capri pants, knee length dresses and floor length dresses.

Who is your favourite designer?
Since I have not explored much of designer wear, I don't have a favourite designer. I wear clothes of designers from Delhi and they are not big time designers but they have given me some amazingly designed dresses.

Most expensive outfit you ever bought?
It is an evening gown which I bought from a Delhi based designer Reza. It cost me 25,000. I will be wearing it for Star Parivaar Awards.

Any particular colour that you like to see in your wardrobe?
I like to see colours like turquoise and burnt orange in my wardrobe but my wardrobe is full of black and white clothes. These two are easy and convenient colours as designers in India don't have good creations in other colours.

A must have in your purse?
My cell phone,money, a perfume and a kohl pencil.

What are the make-up products that you prefer?
I don't wear make-up except for the time when I am shooting. Generally I wear a kohl liner from MAC and a lip balm from Body Shop.

Define yourself and your own style. Be comfortable in what you wear and wear clothes that look good on you.

A make- up tip

Since I am not a make-up person, I don't have any tip to give on it. Make-up for me is naturally glowing skin. So all I would say is drink lots of water, sleep well and keep your stomach clean.
