Yep, I agree, she should only marry him IF she loves him and she wants to marry him, not pity or because she feels indebted to him. Thats bad for both of them.

He's a nice guy, but that doesn't mean she should marry him 😆 😆 that on its own is not reasoning enough. And while I know that everyone will think I am being partial to Om-Paro, I honestly cannot see Suyash-Paro married. That is NOT because of Om, but because of her. I can, however, (once she finds out the truth) see them being good friends and "companion" in old age types. But for the life of me, I can't see how she will agree to marry him.
