Thanks so much for your super quick and lovely comments- really pleased you liked this update! Swara is rather confused and torn- she wants to be with Sanskaar more than anything but all the things she hears and sees put obstacles in her way. Now her family too are not happy with Sanskaar and his (i.e. Sujata) doesn't want her ). Well Sanskaar hasn't proposed for her to her family yet and let's see if he will be able to or whether again things will block them 😉

What a chapter Shru, by the times I read (yes, plural! I read and reread the chapter, actually saved it as a pdf file, in case the internet ditched me) I was.😡😡😡

One request, I know it is your creation but could you give me permission to jump into that world and whack their heads together, trust me, they do need it. I mean, how long are they going to go around hurting each other and themselves with their refusal to actually talk about their feelings. And you, as their author, have your own agenda while we suffer along with them. So...

No... well I thought so, I am sulking 😒but will continue my rantings.😊

So Uttara is falling, no, has fallen for our Pawan and he is not immune to her charms either though he promises himself not to fall into the trap of love. Poor Pawan, little does he know, that however much we try to sheath our hearts in the garb of sense and sensibility the heart wants what it wants. Pawan, obviously being Sanskaar best friend, would not respond in any fashion that would be considered dishonourable, which in the immediate situation would mean no response.😆 A worse case of love attack than Swara and Sanskaar.

And I know I am jumping much ahead of myself, but considering Sujatha's characterisation she is surely going to be more than upset when the matters come to her notice. I am confused as to how to really place her, she is really not as frivolous as she makes out to be and you did mention that she felt she did what she had to, so my take is that deep down she would not actually object to Swara but would not appear to do so as she feels that she would have to follow the dictates of society - and society (which everyone in every age conveniently forget, is made up of people like you and me) has it varying stances on ''pedigree'. Reserving my final judgement on her.

Sharmishta realised that Swara has developed feelings for Sanskaar and that frightens her, her own life a vivid example of how differently society treated men and women for the same action. A vermilion marriage for Sharmista marred her for life while Shekar was excused. Though Swara's state was much different, Sharmishta rightly feared for Swara - despite Sanskaar's vehement and public declaration of Swara's innocence and bravery, it would be rendered naught in the winds of gossip which sooner or later buffet their lives. And both she and Janaki were also right to be worried that if Swara did indeed develop deep feelings for Sanskaar, it would make life for her even more difficult.

But then it is also pitiable that they do not want to really think things through and see whether Ragini was indeed guilty as declared by Sanskaar and now hinted at by Swara. I think that some part of them does believe him but are afraid of facing the repercussions of proving them; in their opinion, Swara was almost lost there was little point in losing Ragini too???

With the men, Durga Prada's dictate that events between Swara and Ragini would be delegated to the background in view of more pressing matters of state! As a king and statesman his stand is correct but would this not be further detrimental to Swara; agreed Sanskaar is very earnest about Swara's security but is it enough to meet Ragini's manipulations considering that he would actually not be around Swara while Ragini would be around. His steps would take care of her physical safety but what about the mental assaults which have already commenced? I am worried for my SwaSan😭

So we are back to that spot where Sanskaar had set the ball rolling when he turned on the jets to drench Swara in a desperate bid to prevent her from looking into the windows of his old haunt, that day he had felt anger at the thoughts her drenched silhouette invoked. And today when the heavens drenched them he is sure that his love would be enough for both of them and is determined to wed her. How he now wishes that she could look into eyes and read his soul; if she could she would have seen the depth of love he had for her. Karma is truly a b***h, isn't she?😉

How a mere mention of the other can warm their hearts..👏All the pining was supposed to be sad but the way you write it is strangely attractive, i can actually read it again😳 Bordering on masochism here😆 And pawan!! Coming to the best part.. Sanskar finally cannot stay away from Swara anymore.. Searching for her all over the palace like a deewana Finally cornering her in the stone building, drenched, with rain outside, followed by light teasing, harried heartbeats, incoherent thoughts, rising of passion... And.. Then...☺️ Aooo Maaayy Gawwdd!!! That moment i literally swooned It was quite something... Haaayeee!!😃 And the last part where Sanskar now partly knows why Swara is intent in runnin away from him and he is determined to win her over.. Wow!! No wonder my dil was all dhak dhak then

How are you? Thanks for asking about me. My flu is gone but still have a cough and some torn muscles in my ribs so in bad pain but am bearing up- it's like having had a kickboxing class at the gym go wrong 😆

Even the way you Red'd made me smile and feel happy and on reading your comments- I was even more so! Thanks so much for this Akshata- I am so thrilled you like each part and the kind words for my writing are truly treasured 😳. Loved the way you gave your take! Haha, join the club of sadists and masochists 😆- angst in its place can be very evocative no? Well I think so and that's what I try to bring out so reading something like this gives me a lot of hope that I am not going too wrong!

Pawan is so cute huh? 😆😆- Yes he teased Swara so much but our Princess too figured out something bubbling there so gave some back at the end- Pawan was total chupp then 😆.

I so wanted this whole sequence of frustrated love and longing having built up to culminate in an explosion. The separation only intensified all that simmering passion and I wanted this whole sense of Sanskaar especially losing control and Swara swept away too. There is something rather compelling about that mix of rain and a cool and dark place and two people with sizzling chemistry no? 😳 It made me feel really happy that the scene made you swoon- no I am not being mean but it's the perfect reaction from a reader that would thrill a writer I guess 😳. Ah yes, I wanted Sanskaar to now go into his warrior mode of getting what he wants 😉. Whether he will or again whether circumstances foil them is of course the question so let's see! As you can see DK likes to mix things up when everyone thinks they know what to expect next 😉.

Umeed hai aap thik hogai hogi .phir bhi thoda aur rest lijiye ku ki dawai hame thoda jyada kamjor bana deti hai.i mean aapki bimari thik ho jati hai par hum weak feel karne lagte hai.ab aaye chapter par swara ki udaasi padhi nahin jaa rahi.uski dono maa ko chinta hai k unki beti ka pyaar use kahin nahin le jayega.par uske pyawr se judaai use jeene nahin dega..swara aur uttara dost badhiya hai.swara ko uttara ki crush ke bare mein pata chal chuka.aur pawan ne ache se swara ko sanky ka haal bata diya aur thodi taang bhi khich li.ab yeh kya uttara ko bhi pata hai swasan ke dil ki halat isliye who pawan ka saath de rahi thi .ya sirf saath dene ke liye.and veer wow uska mention hi mujhe khush kardeta hai.ab pawan ko pata nahin uska pala swara se pada hai.taang kichne ka badla taang khochne se milega.phir bhi who sidhra nahin sanky ki taanng khicha.aab use kaun bataye ki filhaal sanky problem mein hai isiliye use jawaab nahimil raha warna use idhar bhi ans mil jatai.aur who baaris ka rimantic scene bahut hi khush karne wala tha.and swasan marraige bahut hi dilschap.lag raha hai.chalo phir milte hai tab tak aapna khyal rakhhiyega.

Totally awesum.. Chapters 22 to 25.. 👏👏👏👏... sorry I was not able to post before this..

The story has moved forward in leaps and bounds... Swasan coming closer and that kiss... ☺️ .. acknowledging their attraction for each other.. but before they could give voice to it.. and declare their love for each other, disaster struck in the name of gossip.. .. swara misunderstanding sanskar's hasty act of applying sindoor on her forhead.. and he in turn misunderstanding her rejection..

What was a exploratory meeting between Adarsh and Sanskar turned into a full-fledged hero's welcome for Sanskar..👏👏👏👏... the old misunderstanding suddenly wiped out.. hope it stays that way.. and no new problems crop up for Sanskar.. will we know who is the actual traitor in the family ?

As feared, Swara had to bear the woman's burden of proving her innocence.😡... but thankfully, Sanskar stood by her and made sure that everyone knew the true facts of her kidnap and not the one embellished by Ragini..

Ragini is a cool one.. even after exposure she has decided to brazen it out and keep chanting her innocence..😡 creating doubts in the mind of the family esp. her father and Laksh.. I have a feeling that she will soon be caught in her own web of lies.. 😈

Gratifying to see the Rana acknowledge his mistakes publicly and welcome Sanskar back whole heartedly.. Ragini up to her dirty tricks again.. but this time her own mother is not buying it.. 👏

Lastly, Swasan... love the way you have potrayed their feelings... each missing the other and remembering every word, every moment which they spent with each other.. .. even the heavens conspiring to make them meet.. and when they did they couldn't stop their mutual passion.. 😳.. but unfortunately the misunderstanding continues.. if only sanskar would openly confess his love and swara would believe him.. ..

Also want to know about how Sanskar will retrieve the remaining parts of the map..

Thank you, thank you so much!!! I was so pleased when I read this- you posted the comments rather quickly and it makes me sleep better if I read at least some so I know didn't mess up! 😆

I am super relieved you liked the scripting there- the taking the reader back and forth can be tricky and sometimes I read such and they give me a headache and at other times I see them done so well, it really builds up the effect so I am glad you think I fell in the latter category.

The rain- it was a welcome repast huh? 😉 I am glad the banquet was satisfying 😳. I just felt they needed that after all the emotions having churned the way they did, and them literally reaching the heights when they were in their tent and then plunging down below when they both MU each other. If I can activate any thakri dimaags all the better 😆.

I see Sanskaar as a real "go getter" and now that he is so deep in and he sees her responding, I felt he would just want to win her love. Whether his plans meet walls of resistance is to be seen.

I am so pleased you loved this so much! It made my weekend!

i loved the update... all three parts of it, and to every bit of it... how swara has been suffering, even after being in the protection of her family, who in the initial days of abduction were the only ones she wanted... both her mothers were unable to calm the turmoil within her...

i liked the cute friendship between Uttara and Swara... uttara for sure must be sanskar's favorite (seeing their previous encounter) and im sure even Swara and Uttara have developed a really sweet bond...

Swara wanting to see Veer, who has certainly been instrumental in her journey with sanskar so far, and hoping to get a glimpse of his master, but again facing disappointment...

and then swara teasing pawan, seeing the spark between uttara and pawan, was a must needed relief from all the stress swara had been facing in the past few days with sleepless nights, nightmares and no sight of Sanskar..

swara then coming back to the same place where she had once danced like a mermaid... her meeting with sanskar was must needed relief even for me as a reader, as the tension between them had to be released, even if it was only for a few moments..

the closeness which they both wanted, initially hesitating, but then not being able to hold any longer... sanskar pulling her in, and kissing her senselessly... and even swara allowing him to do so... that moment was pure bliss.. while reading, i knew that things would be even more worse once the kiss ended, but nevertheless, that moment was magical.. both of them not being able to resist their feelings any longer...

sanskar was very well aware that he must stop, but only to talk to her father, so that he could claim her forever... but all this was far more complicated now.. swara very well knew, how her relationship would be taken by her mothers and father, and also how their feelings would not be welcomed by sanskar's mother... and so she walked away, certainly with a heavy heart...

the promise that sanskar made to himself at the end gives me hope, that very soon sanskar will be able to show swara, how both of them being together is best for them...

i cant wait to read further... your each update comes as a pleasant surprise and leaves me yearning to read more.. will be waiting for the next chapter..

You really made my weekend with your comments- thank you!! Ah no thanks needed for updating- pleasure! I love that you guys are so eager to read- I can barely believe the appreciation you all shower on DK and me- forever grateful!

Swara has literally had life changing experiences and she is just not the same anymore. The person she desperately needs now isn't even her mothers and yes even they cannot help her find peace

I wanted Uttara to start bonding with Swara. I feel Uttara is quite similar to Swara or the Swara that was- bubbly and open and a really sweet soul:). I felt it important that Swara should not ignore Veer 😉; of course part of it was to see her knight too but that didn't quite happen like that at that point! Exactly- Swara needed a little break and the whole time she spent there with the light teasing and good fun was that for her 😃.

I felt too that the tension and pain had all boiled over so sent Swara back to almost where it had really started. Swara getting wet had been the point when it had all started to backfire for Sanskaar with his strong reaction to her etc and so I felt there was a certain symmetry in that scene playing out there with a different consequence this time 😉.

I am so happy to read your take on the kiss scene. If you felt bliss there that was my exact intent- a moment of snatched pleasure, passion and love there amidst all their headache and MUs. I just felt that they should give in- or Sanskaar should first and then Swara should let him 😳. Of course Sanskaar's intentions are more than honourable and he wants to marry her asap but you are totally spot on with the reality of it as Swara sees it- how to blame her too. As far as she knows, she is disgraced, her own family is tensed, they are all clearly anti-Sanskaar now and as you say Sujuata did her bit too .

Let's see how it all plays out now. Sanskaar is certainly determined but then there are a lot of other factors at play too. I do like to keep things unpredictable if I can 😊. Catch you after the next update:)!

See Sanskaar doesn't know Swara loves him as she only realised rather late herself and he has himself been fighting his feeling for so long. When we are in love ourselves, it is difficult to be rational and have perspective as we are too involved. And vice versa- Swara doesn't realise he madly loves her either .
