I really wanted to show Swara respectfully but firmly telling her father that she and her husband had done nothing wrong, so why should they be punished. Sanskaar would of course be polite but steady and firm as usual.

I do SO want Shomi to be firm and stand strongly in support of her daughter and son in law's happiness. She has opposed Shekar's myopic and misjudged decisions in the past, so she should really do this now, too. She needs to show the mirror to Shekar, how selective he has been in exercising his paternal duties as far as Swara is concerned.

A delightfully soothing OS! Truly, after watching the episode and the new OLVs I think all us SwaSanians are dangling from a precarious edge.
Its really beautiful how you have captured the emotions flowing in SwaSan due to this unjust separation. I mean 'kuch bhi hai yeh toh'! They are continuing with the same 'ghissa pita' track of keeping SwaSan separate. How many times do these guys have to get married to be able to live peacefully. This show had the potential to really make the audience captivated but the CVs need to get help if they are trying to capture audience through this shit. I'll stop now because if I don't I can rant and rant and rant.

Thanks a ton my dear. I SO want to see something like this on the show, but I very much fear we won't be. Not for some considerable time, at least. We'll get buckets of tears from Swara, loads of painful yearning for each other by SwaSan (that intense pining may be romantically satisfying to watch, actually 😉, but like you so rightly said, how long can we keep accepting inane tracks for keeping them apart?)

Basically I see no logic in this decision by Shekar whatsoever. One daughter did all kinds of crap to he family she got married into by deceit. She also, of course, attempted to murder his other daughter, in order to actually enter into that marriage.

Finally, after a long drawn out drama, we see Swara finally, happily married to her soulmate and the love of her life. Ragini, meanwhile has had a severe jolt in terms of being paid back in the same coin (and then some), by Lakshya.

Why on earth is Shekar penalizing Swara and Sanskaar for the sin and counter sin between Ragini and Lakshya? He seems to have conveniently forgotten that his laado is far from an innocent babe in the woods, its a bit rich to do everything she did, and then expect that she would not have a harsh, perhaps even severely disproportionate response coming back at her?

Chalo, I am also ranting now. 😛 I know serials thrive on drama and a certain lack of logic. But this much, becomes a tad painful. 😆

I really want to see Swara and Sanskaar being respectfully firm with Shekar, pointing out that they are lawfully married now, and are deeply, irrevocably in love with each other. Why on earth should they be parted for something which is between RagLak?

And Shomi---I envisaged her as a strong mom here. One who would not hesitate to firmly stand in support of her daughter's happiness, showing the mirror to Shekar, really, about how selective he has been in exercising his paternal duties as far as Swara is concerned.

I liked writing those teasing/ naughty dialogues for Sanskaar---both at the time he clasps the mangalsutra around Swara's neck at their wedding, as well as in the end, when he teases both Shomi and Swara for their penchant of crying at the drop of a hat. 😉

Shekhar developes a spine for a wrong reason! Anyways will get more clarity once I watch the episode! However it is double standard behaviour from him! For Ragini the rules are different, she never paid any price even if she committed sin but Swara has to pay a price even for other's guilt! 🤢

Anyways sorry to vent it out in your OS, Viji but I guess everone is affected by the gross injustice! Your OS is so nice and beautiful and just. Will say like the others, send it to the CVs.

Completely right yaar---Shekar, who was always gutless and spineless, suddenly grew a backbone and a domineering will, directing this against the people who least deserve to be punished! What was Swara or Sanskaar's fault in this? Seriously it is so illogical, they are lawfully married, they are completely and irrevocably in love with each other, and still Shekar is forcing Swara to renounce Sanskaar? You put it so well: their marriage was not ek wedding ke saath doosra free!

But unfortunately who will explain this to Shekar, that poor excuse of a father, husband, and man in general.

Swara needs to tell her father very firmly, though respectfully, that she is married to her love, her soulmate, and there is no reason whatsoever they should be separated. They didn't to anything wrong anyway! !
