Loved this viji

I noticed two things viji that came in serial too ...but u wrote this way before right ..swara caressing S in her mehndi and Sanskar coming to meet her ..loved the pain and longing these two feel for each other ..and the fact that they will feel complete only when they r together ..

I loved the way swara stood for Sanskar against shekhar ..shomi too .i loved the dialogues u have given to shomi...wish for once we can hear these in serial ..but that's not going to happen ..

Today is after all a good day as we got news that swara is finally going to MM ..hope these two will get some much needed happiness that they deserve ...I am expecting atleast to see them in one room ...

I am actually confused😲😲😲😲 - there are too many contenders for the Gollum post (which is astounding considering what a twisted character he was😉) Dadi, Shekhar and Lakshya - I just hope no more names get added to the list. (if Shomi continues her dumb avatar, I personally will add her to the list😡)

Which brings me to another question - who is the one who is going to throw 'precious' into the fire????😉

Nyna my darling 😆 poor Tolkien must be turning in his grave, hearing us draw references for Gollum and the Precious. 😆

My vote for Gollum goes equally to Shekar and Lakshya. They are so alike in many respects. No wonder Ragini fell for Lakshya. ...Isn't it said that every girl looks for some traits of her father, in her husband? 😉

As for the precious. ...the old precious (laado) has now changed. The new "one ring" is the new malkin of MM, Kavya Lakshya Maheshwari 😆 So the person who will throw her in the fires of Mount Doom, will be SR version of Frodo : Swara Sanskaar Maheshwari. 😉😆

Yes dear, that's right, I wrote this Drabble on Monday and the scene came in the serial some days later. 😉 I was so thrilled that I had managed to predict those scenes to a certain degree. All owing to my SwaSan craze 😉

Truly, Swara and Sanskaar are soulmates, they are such intertwined twin souls that they complete and complement each other. It would cause them such anguish to be apart, for no fault of theirs. Am sure they must have been yearning for each other with such palpable nostalgia and love.

I wanted Swara to respectfully but firmly tell Shekar, that she and Sanskaar had done nothing wrong, so why punish them? They are lawfully married, and are completely, irrevocably in love. It is so nonsensical to punish them for whatever goes wrong between RagLak.

I also wanted to show Shomi standing strongly in support of her daughter's happiness. She has opposed Shekar's misguided decisions in the past, so why not now? I always think of her as a lady having a lot of perspective and strength of character.

I was so overjoyed seeing the episode on Friday when Swara returns home with Sanskaar. Can't wait to see their cute married romance and nok jhoks from next week. 😳

And the most super duper scene was when Sharmishta entered the scene..What a woman..!!👏 She is a wonderful mother and she knew when to stand up for her daughter..Spineless Shekhar was afraid that she might leave him forever and he had now other choice, than supporting her..😆

Am so super happy you loved this Drabble OS my dear. You know how much I value your feedback.

I was thinking the same---that why on earth should Swara and Sanskaar be punished for whatever happened between RagLak? Ragini made seevral mistakes, committed some major crimes and misdemeanors. Lakshya did the same, and he retaliated against Ragini. But SwaSan were not involved in his planning at all.

Shekar can also see the pain of one daughter, not the fact that he is literally shattering the happiness of his other daughter. And punishing his son in law, too, for no fault of his.

I wanted to show Swara's intense yearning for Sanskaar, her palpable pain at being parted from him. So glad that you loved that, Nainu darling.

And of course, Sanskaar arrives there when she needs him so much. How can he not? 😳 I wanted to show Sanskaar being very polite but at the same time, very firm with Shekar. Like he said, he has every right to meet his lawfully wedded wife.

And Swara, while again being respectful with Shekar, also firmly tells him that she and Sanskaar have done nothing wrong, and deserve to be together. I wanted her to stand for her rights and that of her husband, and not let her misguided father take her for granted.

I have always felt Shomi is a woman of great perspective and strength of character. She stood against Shekar's misguided and myopic decisions in the past, and I really wanted her to stand strongly in support of her daughter's and son in law's happiness now.

That's right, spineless Shekar gets scared finally thinking that he cannot take the risk of losing Shomi, this time perhaps forever. And so he half heartedly gives his blessing to SwaSan. Shekar just cannot think straight, somehow his lack of perspective and his ego always get in the way! 😊

But anyway, SwaSan are together, and they are given a warm sendoff by Shomi.

Yeah this drabble was a bit of wishful thinking / hoping of how I would have liked that track to play out. 😉 As it happened, the serial finally never showed it this way, somehow they made Shomi and Swara (and even Sanskaar), less strong/determined/ resolute than we would like them to be. Kya kare. 😊 Anyway it's great now that Swara is back at MM. 😉 Lots of time for cute married romance and fitting between SwaSan. 😳

But I would have loved to see a respectful but firm Swara, and an equally polite but determined Sanskaar, telling Shekar that they never did anything wrong, and deserved to be together.

And would have loved to see a strong Shomi, standing resolutely in support of her daughter's happiness.
