He is freaking out and panicking, so I don’t even expect him to question anything yet. He’s not even thinking about Noyna trying to gaslight him into thinking his marriage is over when he’s practically telling her that even when his mind is scrambled with drugs, he’s imagining telling Tulsi how much he loves her. She tells him even drunken people are honest in their inebriated state and he doesn’t even challenge her with the comeback - that even by that definition, I’m still very much in love with my wife.
I doubt that the epiphany will strike him in the near future.
