Wow Viji🤗!!

Love the way Kavita and Sanskar's story was portrayed. It has maintained the purity of that relation he had with her which the show surely managed to ruin.

Swara and Sanskar's realisation was wonderful. Why did I miss commenting on this one is still a mystery for me. But have to say that I loved each and every part of this.

Sujatha will never change and it did take her a long time to come in terms with the fact that her son is in love for the second time with a Bengalan.

Kavita's family was too good. Would have loved the CV's had they did the same. But instead I would say that I love you for these stress busters.

Swasan confession was awesome. Loved it very much. I loved how she asked him to talk to Shomi to remove all the confusion in his mind. And as expected the ever present kabab me haddi was there to spoil the special moment for them, but it definitely didn't stop them. Love it in all sense.

So very happy to know that you liked this 2S. This one is really close to my heart, so was extremely touched by your comment. 🤗 The theme of this 2S was SwaSan learning to love again, to find happiness with each other again, after leaving the painful past behind. I got very emotional when I was writing it, and it was a joy to know that you loved reading it, too.

For me, Kavita was always a pleasant memory of a past love in a corner of Sanskaar's mind. He had undergone tremendous bitterness and pain after losing her, and it was Swara's forgiveness and friendship, and then his intense and pure love for her, that brought him back to the wonderful person he is.

I have never acknowledged the resurrected Kavita--frankly, I hated that unnecessary plot twist, which was inserted in the serial just for drama. Somethings should not be tampered with, they should have just let Kavita remain as a memory and nothing else.

It really made my evening yesterday when you said that you loved SwaSan's realization and confession of their love. As a massive SwaSan fan, that is one of the loveliest compliments you could have given me. 🤗 Thanks a ton, dear.

Sujju is Sujju after all---😉 melodramatic and prejudiced as always. But I do believe she will come around later, and wholeheartedly accept Swara.

I wanted to give that background of Kavita's family---and in my mind, her mother and brother would be very fond of Sanskaar. I really wanted to show Suchitra consoling Sanskaar, giving him some sound advice which would enable him to move on and remove the confusion in his mind.

Similarly, Shomi also gives Swara some very sound advice, which enables her, in her turn, to clear her mind of the apprehensions and doubts she had. Sanskaar and Swara had of course, already started loving each other deeply and selflessly. They just needed some guidance to make them realize this fully, to discard the attendant fears and uncertainties they had.

Ragini of course, tries to draw some malicious satisfaction bu taunting SwaSan; but the joke is on her, as Swara and Sanskaar come to trust and adore each other so very much.

Hi sis,

My 3300th post is dedicated to the beautiful interlude of relationships past and present reflected upon in this writing. truly it has the real gist of SwaSan and also Swaragini...the couple and the show we fall in love with.

I read this right now, just to feel a bit better. You know, I'm not feeling top of the world right now...a bit sad and a bit depressed. This beautiful writing had worked on me like elixir...thank you so much for everything!

I have read this TS before too but I don't know why I didn't comment then, maybe because my exams were still going on...😳
Today I read this TS again and I really fell in love with the way u write. U r really one of the best writer in the IF.😃
Coming back to the TS, in the 1st part, I really loved the way u portrayed Sanskar and Kavita's story. And loved his bonding with Kavita's mother and brother. Even Swara knew that Sanskar was like a pillar of strength for Kavita's family after her death. Even loved the way Swara bonded with Kavita's brother and mother. Even they were really happy for Sanskar and Swara and loved Swara. Loved Sanskar's convo with Suchitra aunty where she made him understand that he loves Swara. Even Suchitra's convo with Swara where she indirectly made her understand that Sanskar loves her and vice- versa and that she should always stand by him made me so happy.😃😃
In part 2, loved they way they spend time with each other in the ghat.😳 And in the baadi, Shomi and Swara's convo was so beautiful. Shomi is really a matured lady. How beautifully she made Swara understand the meaning of love and also made her understand that she really loves Sanskar and Sanskar also loves her.😳 Loved the mother-daughter duo's convo.😃 And Swara after returning from baadi approached a technique which is very unfamiliar to her to tell sanskar that she loves him. And bingo!! Sanskar understood very well what she was trying to convey him. And the result was our naughty Sanskar.😉 And the aftermath made me *blush*😳
Just loved this TS so much!!!!👍🏼

Thanks so much my dear. I was overjoyed to hear that you loved this TS. 😳 This is very close to my heart.

I had wanted to portray Swara and Sanskaar's journey to finding love and happiness with each other again, helping each other recover from the pain and losses of their lives. So glad you liked this portrayal.

For me, Kavita will always be a fond memory of a past love in a corner of Sanskaar's mind; a genuine and sweet girl. I never liked the resurrected Kavita they brought into the serial. 😊

In this fic, I wanted to imagine a lovely family for her--her mom, Suchitra, and brother Amit, are both very fond of Sanskaar. Suchitra does give some very loving and understanding advice to both Sanskaar and Swara.

And Shomi, of course, is a very special lady. She knows instinctively what is in her daughter's heart, and has the wisdom and far sightedness to give her advice that would help to clear the doubts and insecurities in Swara's mind.

I was kinda lost in SwaSan dreamland when I wrote the ending sequence ☺️. Very happy that you liked the naughty Sanskaar. 😳

Hi viji

Inorder to rekindle my passion for swasan i have been reading all fictions on.them all over again. You remember i had read your Mahabharata series last week, today being an off day decided to visit dubito index. Viji I realised second chances was my favorite among your works so thought of posting few points here. It has all.emotions portrayed well..pain, anguish, love,joy...whatnot?

I have never liked the way kavitha was enacted by the actress in the series and hence never read anything on her . But you wrote in a post how you chose to ignore that she was made to return instead considered her only as a sweet memory. It helped me and I enjoyed reading the first part. Loved when sanskar realised he was with his shona instead.

Even though it was only a small portion I loved how sanskar manages to shift his position from the couch to the bed in order to prove they were a normal couple. Our hero is forever vigilant.

I had tears reading the part at kavithas home. Sanskars anguish over his thought of being disloyal to kavitha, swaras pain at sanskars grief , Sumitra ji s explanation on why everybody should have a second chance ... everything beautiful.

Shomi..a very sensible mother who understands her daughter perfectly without any exchange of words. Her line on how she knew she had a free spirited girl child in her womb was the best. Also how she conveys why sanskar chose to fill swaras maang instead of various other solutions and why she let him do so was so meaningful. Viji your words are so powerful.

Shruthi had once commented somewhere why Indian TV serials can't be less dramatic and very simple in their approach. And that's how you chose swara to declare her love. What better way than packing a bag to be with your love always , actions speak louder than words!!!

I shall revert in detail after couple of days or so; just squeezing out whatever free time I have amid some pressing commitments, to finish Chapter 2 of "Destined by Choice". I hope to have the complete chapter up over this weekend, had posted the preview/ precap of sorts, few days back.
